One star is too much. I placed an order on March 30, 2026, I was tracking the package since it was shipped out on April 5, 2026. I check the tracking number today (April 30, 2026) and it states that the package was delivered. I check my front door, side door and even my mailbox and there was no package. I reached out to customer service and also the shipping company and waiting to hear back from them. After reading the below reviews, I don't think I will be hearing from them nor will I be receiving my merchandise. I just wished I would have read the reviews before I made the purchase.

Order the 8 pack of capris u took my money but didn’t get the clothes been trying to get in touch with the company still looking for numbers don’t understand how u can take my money but don’t get anything there will be a time when it’s going to happen to u don’t. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
The items I received were a cheap imitation of the ones in the video so I returned them. Customer service won't refund my money, they are offering me what they call compensation which is significantly less than a refund.
This is less than 20%. I could have bought the items elsewhere for a fraction of the amount.

Scam company. Did not receive the product it's been 3months. Do not order.

This is a scam company from China did not even send the product I ordered just a shel of a box $60 down the drain. Do not use them at all

Are not at all the quality of the video shown, soft fabric and tires that provide no support at all, it can go straight into the trash!
$38 wasted for a piece of very poor quality counterfeit

I ordered 2 items almost 2 months ago and the shipment is stuck. I get no help from customer service, the refuse to issue a refund or a replacement. Will be calling ny credit card company next. Total scam of a company.

We like the shoe, true to size

This sweater is an absolute necessity when traveling in cold climates

Soft sturdy fabric. Feels warm but not heavy. Great for flying. Will be buying in other colors
