I received my purchase on July 13, I need to return size too small. I am in communication with customer service for return and refund.

Omg what a scam!! I have their online receipt which has no date, and my purchase is not listed on any of my credit cards. This of course facilitates their scam. The products were nothing like their photos, completely unwearable, one leg shorter than the other, paper-thin cheap material, alarmingly defective. No clue that these were coming from China, would have avoided them had I known. Customer service is a joke, no refunds (which their site says they give,) the most they'll offer is about $5.00 on a $30.00 purchase. Avoid Moraltrnte like the plague! Stay away!!

Would give zero stars if I could. This company is in China. I ordered two pairs of shorts and the quality of the shorts is awful. Nothing like what’s pictured in their photos on the internet. The sizing is also wrong. I contacted them to do a return and they offered me $8 for the $44 purchase. Then they tell you that it will be very expensive for me to ship the products back. I contacted my credit card company and gave them screenshots of the emails from the company. Fortunately, my credit card company gave me a credit for the entire amount. Don’t buy anything from this company.

I was sent the wrong size short & couldn't contact the company for an exchange.

The units are very fragile - I ripped the first one I tried. My fatty-fingered husband will not be able to use them.

Way too many stupid emails from these sellers and not enough action. The advertisers should be honest and tell people these garments come from China, are cheaply made, threads hanging from them because they are poorly manufactured and the material is nothing at all like what the FB ad shows. Mine are too small and I’m not happy with the thin, crinkly material and fragile band around the waist that flips over on itself. Summer would be over by the time another pair arrived.

I thought it took a very long time but I guess they came from Ireland? They don’t fit…can they be returned and exchanged?

Company has excellent shipping service, product as advertised. I’ll never eat a tough steak again.

I placed an order for 4 prs of shorts on 4/10. Finally heard something one month later. My shorts were delivered on 5/27. But not to my address. It seems some shipping companies are assigning the same tracking number to multiple orders. The money was collected 4/10. But I have no shorts. Moraltrnte says it’s out of their hands. “It’s the shipper’s problem now. So sorry.” I will NEVER order from out of country again!!! I learned my lesson. So I cannot comment on quality of product, because I never received it! But they sure got their money! BEWARE OF THIS BUSINESS!

Worst company! Ordered 5 pairs of shorts. Paid over $130. The shorts are too small. When I reached out to return, they only want to give me $22.00 as compensation. I keep asking what the return shipping charge would be and they keep saying it will be too much to return so I should accept $22.00 and be happy. Totally ridiculous! Their website says they accept returns but obviously they do not. I will absolutely not purchase anything else from them in the future.

Impossible to return items. They will not accept return. Shipping is from China! Takes forever. Shorts were more see-through than tissue paper. They offered $7 refund for a$30 purchase. I’m furious and disgusted. No where does it say they are not a us company.
Do not buy from them!!

Ordered 3 baseball hats in late February and after several attempts, still have not received the product approaching June. Several attempts to contact company for reimbursement meets with AI responses that order is enroute with false tracking numbers. BAD company, DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

After several more attempts, I received tracking info and waybill numbers none of which matched tracking with USPS, UPS, or FEDEX. I used all information in Moraltnre support group info given to not reach a satisfactory conclusion. No proof of delivery, photo, or refund. End of story.

Shipped the wrong product. Then refused to fix it.

It was supposed to be a quality spatula / tongs. I have never seen a cheaper piece of crap made from super thin sheet metal that will cut your hands when using, plus it is so short that you will get burned from the food in the pan. What a total misrepresented RIP OFF.

Would give zero star if possible. I should have read this review before purchasing. I had the same thing happened as everybody else. The size charts are completely wrong. I ordered XL and the size of the shirt is like a small when contacting them they keep trying to offer me money just to keep it. I spent $80 they offered me $8.10 dollars $12 $14 $20 but refused to take the item back complete scam stay away Unless you fit in a size small shirt order an extra large . Do not order!!!! Scam!!!! Scam!!!! Scam!!!!

Avoid Moraltrnte.com at all costs! This site is a complete scam. I ordered a product for $100, only to receive the wrong size. When I contacted them to exchange it for the right size, they flat-out refused.
I then offered to send the product back for a full refund, but they refused to take it back as well. Instead, they offered me a laughable $12 to keep an item that is useless to me because it doesn't fit.
Their customer service is absolutely horrendous—unhelpful, dismissive, and unwilling to resolve the issue properly. This company has zero regard for customer satisfaction. Do not waste your money here!

This company is a scam. Their size charts are totally off and the quality of the clothing is poor to say the least. There is no return policy, the best they can come up with is to find someone to gift the clothes to!!! They don't even deserve 1 star!!

This company is a scam, their large is a medium, and the t-shirts show quality in the ad and they send junk that Walmart wouldn't carry...Garbage. they wouldnt even refund even 20%, and when I complained to my bank they said Moraltrne processed payment where they couldn't get $ back....Now I no longer will ever by from a company I don't recognize..

too over a month to receive, over charged me and the sizing was 2 sizes to small, have sent multiple emails with no reply. Just don't consider buying from them.
