Rate it a 0. They took my money, never shipped the part, and won’t return emails or refund money. You should never charge someone until you actually process and ship an order. Scam

Don’t buy from More4motion.
their business is full of fake products, they have long response times, their products are much more expensive than anywhere else. would definitely recommend Joyride Garage etc instead of more4motion, they are a bunch of amateurs who will sell you a bad service for way too much money

An honorable company!
They have those hard to find parts for Segway at reasonable (not cheap, but ok) prices. I was unable to find these parts anywhere and I was nervous that I was falling for a scam. I figured worse case I can get my money back from PayPal.
But guess what. My part showed up! It was well packed but unfortunately it was damaged by the shipping company. They returned my call within 48 hours on a weekend! I sent them some photos and we agreed they will send me just the damaged piece and would FaceTime me to show me how to repair it. (They would have agreed to send me a whole new part but that would have incurred a delay.) To make me comfortable the tech sent me a video of how easy it is to swap out the broken piece. I had the replacement part in less than 2 days.
A pleasure doing business with them. Highly recommended for those hard to get parts. They are legit and honor their commitments.
