Be mindful of scam Morenutra
I purchased blood pressure tablets from Monrenutra.com on May 18. They mentioned a postage fee of £9.95, but there was no indication that I would be charged the full amount in 10 days. However, after ten days, my card was charged an additional £49.95. I checked my email, found their contact number (0800 066 8922), and called it. I spoke to a representative named Peter, provided my order number, and explained the unexpected charge. Peter clarified that the £49.95 was the full price for the medication. I told him this information was not disclosed at the time of purchase and demanded a refund. He consulted his supervisor and confirmed that a refund would be issued. I received an email confirmation of the refund, stating that the amount would be credited back to my account within the next 10 days. If you are in the similar situation then give a call to above number with your email address and order ID. Best of luck.

After spending a long time on the telephone I realised that I had been scammed. This company are thieves and should be banned from advertising. They say the product is £9.95 and then bill £49.95 every month until you realise it’s a scam. Shame on them.

Bunchof scammers
I ordered a sample bottle and got charged £9.95 a week later they took another £49.95 from my account. I phoned them (telephone number07360268523) and gave them a good ear bashing that they are a scam and I demanded my money back. After a while the operator put me on hold to speak to his supervisor. I'm getting a refund of the £49.95. Hope this helps people. Be very firm with them.

This company is a scam. I paid £9.95 for Keto BHB gummies on the 30th May. Recieved delivery on the 8th June, 2 days later I was charged £49.95. I have no contact details for company, no nothing. This is such a shame and disgrace.

As listed by others this company is trying to steal your money by making it look as though you have signed up to just some health supplements for £9.95 and the 10 days later they charge you £49.95 saying you sign up to an ongoing subscription.
Good news in the end though, after about 6 threatening emails from me reminding them that I signed up to nothing and then offering counter-offers, they refunded the full amount! So keep trying and do not give in.
BTW my credit card company, Santander, were useless and would not refund the £49.95. By their actions they are enabling companies like this to get away with it. I have raised a complaint with them too.

Misleading trial bottle of weight loss medication.
Told I had a trial bottle of weight loss pills. Just had to pay £9.95 postage. Then received an email saying would be charged £49.95 within the 12 day trial period unless could send them back within the 12 day trial period which started the day of ordering! There is no way could send back within 12 days of ordering when didn’t receive them until 10 days later with no address to send them back. Apparently it’s a subscription too which was not declared in the original advertisement.

This is a total scam
This is a total scam. They are preying on diabetics who hope for an easy method to stabilise blood sugars. They quote a free 12 day trial period which they start based on order date and not delivery date. Product does not arrive for 9 to 10 days (at a cost of £9.95 for delivery) and so there is no opportunity to return within 12 days. There is also no way of returning goods and they take you round in circles if you try to contact them. I still have the unopened package as I decided to cancel after reading reviews. They then proceed to take £49.95 each month even though you have not signed up to any subscription basis. I do not understand how facebook and others have allowed this to continue even though it has been reported many times. They are actively encouraging fraud.
