They are scamer they give me ticket and ask me 450£ for it when I transfer mony to MORESEND LTD Business account they send me conformation email and ask me wait 24hour to 72 hour for e. Ticket but after 4 days when I see my booking detail in airline web side it's not showing there when I call but nobody reply me even block my numbr

My experience with this service has been very disappointing. I have been waiting over a month for a refund, and despite repeated follow-ups, I have not received clear answers or any proof that the refund has been processed.

I was told that the delay is due to “company policy,” but no explanation or documentation of this policy was provided. The lack of transparency and poor communication made the situation even more frustrating.

This delay has had a serious impact on me financially, causing unnecessary stress and inconvenience. Overall, the service fell far below reasonable expectations in terms of responsiveness and accountability. I would not recommend based on my experience.

Absolutely shocking,waiting for a car hire refund for over a month.

Extremely poor. We've been working with Jazz. He was very responsive when we were booking. We paid the deposit. Then a much cheaper option became available from another vendor. I asked Jazz if they'd match it and his responsiveness has dropped from without a couple of hours to more than a couple of weeks, between emails.
Quite disappointed.
Update: 5th April 2024. I asked for my deposit back because they'd effectively stopped communicating with me. They initially said they would refund it, then didn't. I asked my credit card to overturn it, and they've been telling me that they want to give me my money back whilst arguing with my credit card company to keep it.
Overall, an extremely dishonest organisation.
