If I could give zero stars I would.
Received completely wrong dress and the other was a mess.
No tags at all on either, quality is shocking, spent £72 for two dresses even primark would be embarrassed to sell.
The customer service (if you want to call it that) is disgraceful. Asked for pictures which I sent twice, and completely ignored everything I was asking. Said they could give me a 20% refund, or I could return the item which I refuse to do.
Back and forth with AI generated emails that refuse to acknowledge any issue.
I have reported this website as a scam on the government website and I urge you all to do the same.

Avoid this company. I spent £160 on five dresses and none matched what was advertised. They refuse refunds, only push replacements, and hide the fact they’re based in China (despite calling themselves Morley London). Returning items is costly and risky — many reports of “lost” parcels. Misleading, poor quality, and terrible customer service.

AVOID AVOID AVOID! Very misleading by the look of the website! Product is not as per the image and takes a ridiculous amount of time to arrive (now I know why as it’s based in china and misleading by the name!) Returns process and policy is shocking. When looking for a return you’re required to send images, to then be offered a 15% refund OR to ship the items back to China, had I known this was the case I would have never ordered! So poor.

Never order from these. Shipping times are ages, quality of the dress is not what you see in the picture. They are asking for a picture of the dress not fitting so they can see if I qualify for a refund!!! Taking days to reply. Save your money and never order ! The worst company o have ever dealt with.

Worst company ever! Don’t buy from them. I had the same experience as everyone else. The quality is terrible, nothing like the pictures, and the sizing is completely wrong. When I complained, they only offered a 15% refund and said I’d need to send the items back to China, which would obviously cost more than the refund. So disappointing, the “London” name is very misleading. Total scam. Save yourself the trouble and don’t buy from them.

I ordered a dress on 1st August and it is now 16th with NO sign of it arriving. When I emailed to ask where it was, I was told that it takes "some business days to dispatch". What does "some" business days even mean?! They are clearly scammers and now i'm going to have a deal trying to get a full refund on it.
Stay away like the other reviews have said!!

They clearly use images from other clothing brands and pass them off as their own. The dress I ordered was a completely different dress than what was sent to me - both in colour, design and material. I contacted returns and was told I could get a 30% refund if I kept the dress. Emailed 4 times, Each time emphasising that it was completely misleading and not what I had ordered. They ignored this Each time. Their customer service is a nightmare. I included photos and screenshots - it didn't help.
They finally gave the address for posting back the dress and told me to pay for the postage tracked and to lower the value on the customs for to China so they don't get hit with customs fees.
Don't order. It's awful.

It is utterly fake. the dress I thought I ordered arrived and wasn't even close to the photo ! Cheap nasty and unwearable. Unable to get a refund as they don't respond and there isn't a refund option.

This would be lower. Ordered a dress and still not received it. Keep sending me a tracking number but does not take me to the correct shipment. They are a scam.

Grandaughter used this site, dress arrived after about a week. same design as advertised, but the material was awful, so cheap and nasty. not a good fit at all, everything about this dress was awful. took another week to say how to return the dress, took to post office to find out £35.00 postage. PLEASE do not use this site , to put UK in the company name is just to mislead you BEWARE

All the other reviews are correct - I bought some items from Morley London (NOT BASED IN UK), when they arrived they were NOTHING like advertised. Cheap material and ill fitting. On doing a Google image search, the images used have been taken from other stores advertising which is deliberately misleading.

Like the others I was told to return to China. I did this (despite the cost being £20) as I had ordered several items.

The providers told me to put in a low amount for the cost so the package would clear customs. Don't know why I trusted them but I've not done a lot of international shipping before so did in the hope I could get my money back.

Surprise surprise, it's stuck/lost in Chinese customs. Because of the low amount I cannot get compensated more than £10 for an order that cost over £100.

I'm beyond upset about this whole ordeal. Trying to claw back money from my bank (paid via Klarna who annoyingly suggested I didnt pause payment and wait for the refund).

Others, please don't fall for this and be the idiot I have been.

I initially bought a pink gingham dress from them and ordered a size XL.
The order took over 2 weeks to arrive, when it did arrive they had sent me the wrong size (ordered a XL but was sent an M…)
I contacted Morley London through the email on their page, asking for a return or refund. But have had no reply from them. I have consistently emailed asking for a response but had no luck. Such a scam!
I have now contacted my bank and will also be reporting them to Action Fraud to let them know about the scam so hopefully the company get closed down!! Bunch of SCAMMERS

The dresses on the website are not the dresses you will receive. The photo of the dress I chose was actually a designer dress, which I discovered through a google image search unfortunately after I paid for the dress I ordered. The order will take a long time as it is coming from China. This is not a London based company. The dress I received eventually was not terrible but it definitely was not the designer dress I thought I was paying for. I should have looked into it more and questioned the price before I ordered. I would avoid this site.

Total scam, items come in poor quality not like the pictures and the returns policy is that the customer covers it - which is in China so it works out at almost the same price as the item! DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR FALSE ADVERTISING!

100% a scam, DO NOT ORDER and fall into the trap of a nice cheap dress, yes it’s to good to be true.

The images they use are fake and off other websites for a start…I ordered my dress 12 of June 10 days later still nothing and after reading the other reviews I now know I won’t be receiving it at all.

I asked for a refund and I got a generic message about shipping and order processing, I have to leave it another week or two before trying to dispute it with the bank.

VERY disappointed.

SCAM! No item, no refund — avoid Morley London

I ordered a pink dress for £35 on May 10th. It’s now June 21st and I have received nothing — no dress, no tracking update, and no refund.

I contacted their customer service multiple times and have been completely ignored. Their website promises quick delivery and UK shipping, but it seems like they’re just drop-shipping from overseas and hoping you’ll forget about your order.

This is beyond disappointing — it’s a blatant scam. I’m now going through my bank to try and get my money back.

Do not trust this company. Morley London is not what it claims to be.

Misleading. Not in the UK. Didn’t process my order for 2 weeks until I emailed for an update, then took almost another 2 weeks to arrive. I’ve asked to return to the item as it doesn’t look like the image and the zip is so cheap that I can’t get it up and it has taken days of emailing to get a returns address (which I still haven’t got). I’ve never had this much hassle with any other business, avoid.

Just a warning for anyone considering ordering from Morley London: despite the name, this company is not based in the UK. It’s actually a Chinese drop-shipping business using a UK-sounding name and website to appear more trustworthy than it is.

I received only 2 out of 3 items, and after chasing them, they claimed the third was lost and they’d resend it — but then ignored multiple follow-up emails. The 2 items I did receive were poor quality, completely different from the photos, and the sizing was all wrong.

They now claim sizing varies depending on materials, but they don’t list any material details on their website, and nothing suggests this when you’re shopping.

Their return policy is highly deceptive. They advertise a “30-day money-back guarantee,” but in reality:
• You must return the items at your own expense to China, not the UK
• There is no guarantee they will refund you, even if you do return the items
• The return has to be in “unused and unworn” condition, which is unfair when it’s normal to try clothing on
• If the return parcel gets lost in transit, you’re out of luck and won’t get your money back
• Instead of resolving the issue properly, they offered me 15%, then 30% off, just to keep the items

They also ignored my emails for days and only responded after I threatened a chargeback. I’ve now escalated this to my bank, who are investigating.

The delivery took weeks, not the “3–6 business days” they promise, and they have no real UK presence or social media, which is another red flag.

Please avoid this company — the whole setup is misleading and designed to wear you down so you don’t bother returning anything. Not worth the risk.
