Morstone did a full renovation of the highest quality on my mother’s probate property in Swansea.
Living in London, it was most important to me that trust was built from the outset, and that I had confidence that communication regarding progress of the work would actually happen. It was clear from our initial meeting that Mark communicated well, asked the right questions, and was extremely knowledgeable. He came across as very genuine and honest, and made it very clear that he intended to do a really good job. Mark also had the skillset to identify issues that other builders missed.
I was very impressed that Mark was able to provide a reasonable quote that he did not exceed. When work was underway, he communicated progress weekly through WhatsApp photos, videos and text as well as speaking on the phone when necessary.
Mark went over and above for me, sorting out unexpected issues and clearing the hugely overgrown and problematic garden.
I cannot recommend Mark and his team highly enough, and I feel very lucky to have come across Morstone. I just wish he was located nearer London as I would love him to renovate my own home!

I cannot recommend Morstone highly enough. From start to finish, the service was absolutely outstanding. The team were professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to go the extra mile to help.
Communication was excellent throughout, and I felt completely supported every step of the way. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and their attention to detail and genuine care for their clients really sets them apart from previous experiences ive had with other companies.
It’s rare to find a company that combines professionalism with such a personal touch, but Morstone does exactly that. I am incredibly grateful for all of their help and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy, reliable, and first-class service. Thanks again!

Superb company from start to finish , from initial contact right through to the end of the project they were brilliant ,
We had a large garden room build which they build to an excellent standard on everything even when we asked them to do more things it was no problem at all. All the staff worked their socks of and were very polite and courteous throughout , Mark the owner was fantastic . We weren't living in the house when they 1st started but he kept us up to date every day by sending photos etc and any problems were resolved asap and communicated with us about these . Won't hesitate to use them again in the future and recommend them to anyone

Absolutely fantastic! After using Morstone to do the paving in the back garden (looks amazing - no more wobbly tiles or missing grout), I called them again when the stone ball fell off one of the pillars at the entrance to our home. They managed to pull some workers off another job to fix it next day. Not only that but they fixed both pillars with pipe and resin, which has made them safer and likely to stay put for the foreseeable future - better than the original build. Very happy! We’ll definitely be using them again.
