I ordered one bottle, and a month later my card was charged for another. When I looked into how this happened, I noticed that the checkout had a pre-ticked auto-renew subscription, which meant I was automatically enrolled in monthly repeat orders.
I received no communication confirming that I had been subscribed, and no notification that I was about to be charged or had been charged. In my country and many others this type of practice is considered illegal, and at the very least it is misleading and poor business practice.
When I contacted the company, the responses sounded automated and did not address the issue. Based on this experience, I would not purchase from this business again. I will be throwing both bottles away as I no longer trust the company or its products.
I initially purchased one bottle, and the capsules were a white color. A day after the supplement arrived, I ordered two additional bottles. When I opened these bottles, the supplements were an Earthy color. Look like a completely different supplement. I asked for third party testing certifications for the supplement and never received a response.
Where do I begin? I initially purchased three bottles. The first three bottles arrived. Two of the three were opened, and all the pills were scattered everywhere. The remaining bottle was crushed, resembling a pancake. I contacted the provider immediately with photographs, informing them of the issue. It took two to three days for them to respond. Once they replied, I requested a refund and instructions for returning the damaged products. They repeatedly stated that they were awaiting a response from management. This process extended over four days. Each day, I followed up requesting a refund and guidance on the return process. On the fifth or sixth day, they responded, stating, "We have just shipped you a new product, and thank you for your patience." From the outset, I explicitly requested a refund; however, this was disregarded. Currently, I have received the two replacement bottles without my approval, and upon opening them, I observed that the pills differed from the original. The initial pills were white, while the new ones exhibited variations: one bottle contained pills with a brownish material side, and the other with white, matching the original bottles. Such discrepancies raise concerns regarding the company's quality assurance and control standards. If these products are intended for children, caution is advised. The absence of proper quality control could imply the presence of harmful ingredients. I possess photographs of the two bottles displaying the different pills.
