Terrasa has truly worked miracles in securing a mortgage for me when most options seemed unlikely due to my part time work and income. Terrasa never gave up, went above and beyond, often in her own time to liaise with various lenders until she found the right Lender for me. An added bonus was that the lender she had secured wasn’t an adverse one, keeping rates at their lowest. I was given Terrasa’s details from an Estate Agent who said “if anyone can get you a Mortgage, Terrasa can”, and how right he was. Having a proactive Broker who genuinely cares about getting you the result you need is a rarity, Dedicated to my case from start to finish, whilst elevating the stress finding a Mortgage can bring. The after care is second to none, always at the end of the phone for continued support and advise , which we have discussed will continue into the future when my Mortgage term ends to discuss new options.
