We were nervous about remortgaging at a time of high interests and extreme uncertainty. Would we end up paying too much for a new deal? Well, no! Kerry was an absolute star, helping us find the best option in advance, then monitoring how rates were changing and requesting adjustments from the lender whenever rates went down. As a result of Kerry's work, we secured the best deal possible and cannot thank her or Mortgage Time enough. We will always recommend this gem of a company to friends!

She provided uodates regularly and kept an eye on falling interest rates, which made me feel absolutely valued as a customer, that my budgets were catered for. We cannot thank Crysta enough for helping us buy our home especially as it was one we never thought we’d be able to get at the start of our journey. Very friendly, reassuring and helpful experience. Kerry was great throughout and gave us confidence as she guided us through the process.
