Throughout the housing purchase process, Megan Morgan and Kelly Picton have been outstanding.

We begun our house buying process in January where me and my partner found the perfect home to raise our family in. Since day one, Megan was able to arrange our mortgage application, set us up with the solicitors and give us our best mortgage rate they could.

Despite one hiccup with an awkward structural engineer surveyor, everything aligned well with what we expected and actually went further when necessary. Any queries I had, Megan would be on the phone straight away. You couldn’t really ask for a better mortgage advisor. When Megan wasn’t around, we found that Kelly Picton was also very helpful when needed. Very easy to communicate with, and aligned me with the right team for any query I had.

When we decide to remortgage, I will definitely be going back to Megan Morgan.

We would highly recommend Kevin and Helen for any mortgage advice. They helped us with our recent remortgage and it all went very smoothly. Their communication is brilliant, and they were really helpful answering every question we had.
Kevin has supported us through a few remortgages and provided other advice when we’ve needed it and the way he explains things is brilliant.

Simon was fantastic from the very first email and call, all the way through to the final closing of our new home. Not only did he manage to find us a great deal, he was always available to hop on a call to answer any questions we had. As first time buyers, having Simon guide us through the initial stages was a godsend.

We can’t rate Simon highly enough - and when we come to remortgage, we will definitely be using him again.

Simon has been exceptional throughout the entire process. As we’re purchasing our second home, we’re still relatively new to many of the procedures and terminology, but he has made everything feel clear and manageable. He takes the time to explain things thoroughly and in a way that’s easy to understand, which has really put us at ease.

As a first-time buyer, I had a million questions and was naturally a bit nervous about the process. Kevin was incredibly patient and knowledgeable, taking the time to explain every detail until I felt confident. He made what felt like a daunting process seem simple. If you're looking for someone who truly cares and won't rush you, Kevin is your guy!
