Ben Cornish has been amazing. With the morgage in principle to a morgage offer, quotes on insurances. It’s helped take away some stress, especially being a first time buyer. Would definitely recommend.

He was professional, clear, and precise throughout the entire process. Jack was also very honest and did a great job of managing my expectations from the outset.

I particularly appreciated his flexibility with appointments, especially around my shift work, which made everything much easier to manage. He took the time to explain each step in detail, ensuring I fully understood the process.

We’ve had the pleasure of dealing with HQ Mortgages, namely Rob for the past 7yrs. Initially for our first mortgage and all subsequent remortgages.
Rob is always approachable (be that in person / on the phone or email), very knowledgeable and provides advice that is relevant to our needs (never appears affiliated to any specific lender).
There’s never been any pressure and Rob genuinely appears interested in making sure we find the right product based on our circumstances.

We cannot recommend Rob’s service enough. From start to finish he has been great. Communication was excellent and he worked quickly to source our mortgage going through all the options clearly with us. With referrals for life and house insurance it made the process easy. And with long term plans in place to follow up when mortgage terms need renewing we cannot fault him.

I am coming up to 6 months in my first home, bought with the help of HQ. Lynette was warm, polite, and professional throughout and did a great job of explaining the process to someone with no prior experience of buying property.
