Amelia and Heywood are fantastic.

Both of those two were extremely helpful in providing information and answer questions as they are much more knowledgeable than I was. No question was too silly and they made the whole process of moving house go really smoothly, when other parts of that process (solicitors) were difficult. Cannot recommend speaking to them enough for anything you need when it comes to mortgages - even if just to get some friendly advice based on your situation.

My first contact was excellent but then the solicitor element took a long time as first the offer was based on a new build which I had always stated was an old property so then needed a new offer and then secondly they were like dealing with someone who still had a mortgage when I had made clear our property was mortgage free.

Overall though all the staff at MortgageKey were very helpful in progressing and moving the solicitors along so thank you.
