We had a terrible experience with a big and famous mortgage company that we thought would help us get a loan for the property we wanted to buy. They took more than a month to process our application, and then they denied it, even though we had an excellent credit rating.

He was very skilled and professional in his work, and he was very friendly and respectful in his communication with us. He always got back to us quickly and patiently, even on weekends and holidays. He never made us feel like we were asking too much or being a nuisance. He gave us clear and detailed information and guidance on the best options for our situation. We had a house offer accepted already and we’d been in contact with 3 other brokers over 3 weeks (from other companies) who just weren’t finding out the information we needed to get the mortgage in principle sorted. I was giving up hope and started doing the research myself.
Luckily just at the right time I came across Delish who reassured me he will contact multiple lenders and get the Mortgage in principle sorted. He did just that within 2 days.
