As first time buyers
As first time buyers we had explored a few avenues for obtaining a mortgage but once we’d been introduced to Rob and his team we knew mortgage perspective was the way to go. Rob and Liam went above and beyond to explain every aspect of the application and made the whole process as easy as possible. We will certainly be working with Mortage perspective again in the future!

Great Service, could not fault them.
I already had a free mortgage advisor through my work at this point, but these where so much better. With the mortgage wallet app where you upload everything you need and so do the advisors including a dedicated chat on the app to, with notifications made it so easy. The two advisors (Liam and Tom) where great always quick to reply and message me if they needed anything off me also, and super friendly to boot.

Ian, Lee and Liam were amazing!
I spoke to Ian, Lee and Liam throughout my process. I’m a first time buyer so everything was very new to me. Firstly, Ian explained everything perfectly and was very patient when answering all my questions. Lee and Liam were the same, so helpful and understanding. They were all very quick at responding to queries etc. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

I have been trying to get a mortgage…
I have been trying to get a mortgage for over 2 year, but was told no possible. However, Ian and Liam were able to get me a mortgage offer. They were supportive and explained everything really well. Also, kept me updated from getting a AIP to offer. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a smooth process without stress.

Great Service
The app was very helpful. I was in touch with three different gentlemen who were very quick to get back to me. Tom was the first person I spoke with and as being a first time buyer I had many questions. Tom was able to get back to me about everything and even responded to a message id sent on the weekend. His calls were thorough and he was very helpful in guiding me all the way. Would highly recommend !

Highly Recommend Mortgage Perspective!
Tom and Liam were amazing! I was very stressed about the mortgage process but they made everything manageable and guided me throughout it. They were clear when explaining things, always quick to respond and incredibly patient. I felt reassured the whole way through!
