Al was phenomenal, he has excellent knowledge of the products that were available and unlike many others we’ve dealt with, he answered the phone, responded to emails and got back to us when he said he would. Would recommend to anybody and will be using them again without a doubt.

Finding my first mortgage for over 30 years was a very positive experience. I could have done it solo but for the nominal fee it took all the hassle out of the process. My broker (Al) was excellent and always available and responsive. He guided me through the stages and researched the deal I required. He made the admin part very methodical / simple and guided me through any new procedures to me. I was also informed throughout the application and then house purchase period of developments. Matters were chased up and MO chased estate agents and solicitor for updates. It has been an excellent service. 100% satisfaction and value for money. Thank you AL and Laura!

We applied for a remortgage through Mortgages.Online at the beginning of March and on Wed 16 July our complicated remortgage was completed, I never thought it would be possible for us to remortgage and own our own home. Al and Jack were absolutely fabulous throughout our whole experience! They were the only ones to secure us a mortgage due to some bad credit and kept us informed of everything as we progressed along. Al listened to all my worries and concerns and was empathetic (even though he's probably reassured people of the same thing 100 times over!) and put me at ease whenever I was scared or nervous about the process with the solicitors. They were always there when I needed them on the phone and by email and I honestly can't recommend them enough!

I couldn't be happier with Mortgages.Online, they dealt with our request for a mortgage in record time which in itself is a reason to go with them. However, what stood out were two things; their communications was red hot and they didn't just offer what looked right numerically but offered advice based on experience.

Excellent service. Great communication, regular contact by text, calls and emails. They even provided regular updates from my solicitor! Felt they genuinely cared about getting the best outcome for me. There was a hold up on my seller's side but Mortgages Online took all the stress away, sorting out a mortgage extension. Very happy to recommend them, particularly Jack Harrington-Grace who worked so efficiently on my behalf.
