Sam Thomas and his team (Louise and Sim) were super amazing who found me the best mortgage deals in a very hard situation which beat the stamp duty holiday deadline. I got both mortgage and remortgage at the same time. Comparing to other brokers in the financial market, they’re the best to find me the largest amount of mortgage in the same case. Beside this, they provided outstanding services even over working time/working day, super quick, reliable and helpful responses. I would highly recommend these fantastic brokers. Thank you so much!

The arrangement of Mortgage for my son's house was done by Ms Harleen Anand. I'll not hesitate to say that Ms Harleen is a wonderful lady who helped in sorting this matter within less than a week's time. Sam Thomas and his team, especially Simranpal Panesar, was amazing! They had an extremely small timeframe to get our remortgaging completed. After we had a valuation done on our home, we decided last minute to take the plunge and buy out the ‘first-time buyer’ help to buy scheme. We had to get the whole process to completion within 3 months for the valuation to remain valid. We decided to go with Starck Uberoi Mortgages as, Sam was very clear from the beginning; they could provide us their solicitors in-house to cover all the legal work, he would find us the best mortgage deal out there, and achieve a completion within our near impossible timeframe which was less than two and half moths by then, and all in one transaction too. This saved us vital time and inconvenience. The complexity to deal with the bank, the solicitors and the provider of the equity loan in such a tight deadline required experience, skill and precision to pull off. Sam and his team were amazing and very patient and they achieved our remortgaging successfully.
