The staff were friendly and helpful and not too pushy which was a refreshing change. On this occasion we chose a different route to raise the finance we needed, but I would definitely recommend them... もっず芋る

If you can.. go direct!

The process is not very well explained. You’re dealing with several people without the knowledge /introduction whom you’re talking to and what they are exactly doing for you. In line with online security it’s a shambles as you are giving sensitive information just via email mot secure site. Also I feel that I have dealt with all the queries from the bank’s solicitor directly throughout the process and did not have any support from the broker at all. However they are getting paid £195 & £695 but for what exactly?
