I recently spoke with David Norman at Morton Michel regarding our insurance renewal and was extremely impressed with the service provided. After an issue with our policy being cancelled due to an oversight - Maisie helped me over the phone and her service was absolutely fantastic. She went out of her way to help me reinstate the cover, she gave clear timescales and called back as promised. Maisie went above and beyond to help me during an extremely stressful time, her manner is professional and understanding and I can not thank her enough.

David was incredibly helpful today in explaining my policy and clarifying the finer details of the cover. He answered all my questions patiently and clearly, making everything much easier to understand. He was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely pleasant to speak with. Today I was trying to obtain some information regarding tenant's insurance amongst other things. My dealings were with Emily Norman who went out of her way to be as helpful as possible. Many of my queries needed Emily to do further checks with supervisors but nothing was too much trouble. After a lengthy conversation, we were able to make additions to our Club policy and I was also able to report back to our Trustees with the relevant information that I had been trying to attain. Maisie was friendly, approachable and really helpful. I was impressed by how in depth the questions were and she took time to explain things I didn't understand. I feel that the policy is tailor-made for my needs.

Madeline was extremely helpful with supporting changes to our policy and actioning our renewal for this years cover. She was efficient, friendly and explained the process and agreed changes clearly. Excellent customer service!

Emma has been so helpful in looking at every area of service delivery and employer cover. Emma even discovered that we had paid a premium last year that was unnecessary due to our organisation set up and that has been refunded, unheard of before now from an insurance company!

I previously had a policy with Morton Michel, which had elapsed, and I needed a new policy with them. I spoke to Jerome Binns on a call, and he was courteous, friendly, efficient and informative throughout. A really great experience - and what's more my policy was very reasonably priced in comparison with other insurers. Jerome deserves a pay rise - he's a credit to the company! :)

It was all round fantastic. Ruby was very patient with all my questions. I did not feel like I was talking to an insurer, more like I was talking to a business partner. Someone that was trying to find pragmatic, effective solutions for both parties

The service from both Marie and Jerome was brilliant.
I had emailed and spoken to Jerome with a question , he knew the importance of getting back in touch with me and kept trying until I was available (thank you ) The question was around an issue around information we had supplied that was not included in the first quote and when I spoke to Jerome he was honest and straight with the errors that were made. This conversation helped us make the decision to accept the new quote as we feel that honesty and understanding when dealing with an important protection part of our business was the correct action.

I was very impressed with the young lady Emily Norman that dealt with my problem she was very professional and answered my emails promptly asking if l needed any more help after dealing with with my problem she seems very good at her job and is an asset to the company

I wanted to update my policy and I had the help from two lovely ladies at Morton Michel. Naomi Wint helped me start the process. She was really patient and answered all my questions. I had to wait to get a decision from the underwriters. I called back a day later and spoke to Enily Norman who completed the renewal and was also able to answer my questions. She was really patient and I felt like I had all the answers to my questions.
I've been with Morton Michel for a few years now and this is one of the reasons why.

Maisie was extremely polite and helpful with my enquiry with regards to insurance. When I did not understand a question, Maisie remained professional and helped to explain any query.
Maisie returned a call at my request so that I could move ahead with the quote that had been provided after I had struggled to complete online.
