Everything. Prompt but robotic customer service. AI generated perhaps? Tried to cancel multiple times because I discovered excessive B6 can aggravate or actually create peripheral neuropathy in some . This happened to me. They refused to cancel and after six weeks the order arrived followed by a second that I did not order. That is when I discovered the product was imported and had to clear customs . They advertised satisfaction guaranteed but would not accept return for refund of completely sealed and unopened product. Their research department should put out a disclaimer (as in do research and testing)about possible adverse effects of too much B6. My blood work revealed this and read other reviews expressing the same thing. Would not recommend them. Be careful. I am out over 100.00.

I ordered once and kept receiving the product and being charged. I contacted customer service asking them to stop sending products and cancel any more orders. The customer service person said they cancelled any future orders,
but today I received another order I didn't ask for, which means I got charged again! ( I do like the product, but I now have 5 unopened bottles of vitamin B.)

I haven't received my order yet. The shipping is a joke.

I would have given them a zero if possible. This place is a scam. We never received the product and the company charged us over $200. Do not order from this company!!!!

It is my husband who is on these B vitamin drops. He has been battling cancer and struggling with low energy from the chemo and immunotherapy he was on. He says that he is definitely feeling a difference this week. He has not completed an entire bottle yet but we are hopeful that this is the answer to his ongoing fatigue.

Really unhappy. Placed one order and then they sent another bottle 4 months later and charged me for it.
I have tried contacting them with no reply.
Product is average. Customer service is non-existant. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE.

Absolute fraudsters! They set you up in subscriptions automatically and take chunks of money for items not ordered and not wanted. 2x lots of £41.99 were taken out of my account within 2 days. I contacted them but they are useless and even though I was willing to return these items at my expense for a refund they will not accept returns

Ordered a product , signed up for subscription without consent , cancelled subscription, company have just taken another payment despite me cancelling subscription. I have instructed bank to block company from taking future payments. Beware , this is a scam

This website is a scam because they signed you up for an automatic subscription and then they don’t give you an alert before they fulfill your next one and then they refuse to cancel or refund

It has only been two weeks and my brain fog is nearly gone! I am also taking care of my two grandsons under age 4 while mom is having #3 and I’m keeping up! Thank goodness!

I am so disgusted with this company. I have had several email exchanges where it was established I was entitled to a refund and I have not received it and now I am being ignored. This is a copy of my most recent email. Do not buy from this company ever.

I am formally rejecting the proposed 40% refund. This offer is not acceptable and does not align with the returns policy stated on your website at the time of purchase.

As previously communicated, the product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging, which according to your published policy entitles me to a full refund. No subscription was knowingly agreed to at checkout, and I did not provide informed consent to recurring charges.

Your assertion that a partial refund is the “final resolution” is incorrect. Consumer rights cannot be overridden by internal policy decisions, particularly where your own website states otherwise. I am therefore requesting confirmation that you will process a full refund in accordance with your stated terms.

If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will proceed with the appropriate next steps, which may include escalation through my payment provider and submitting a formal complaint, as well as leaving an honest public review reflecting my experience.

Please confirm within 7 days that you will honour your policy and issue a full refund.

Never recvd product and yall won't give me a refund I have emailed everyday for someone new to lie to me

Purchased a one time order and they put me on subscription, refuse to cancel the $85 second order which I do not want. Reading through the reviews it seems this is most peoples experience. Scam.

A scam. I didn't receive any product and suddently had a subscription.

I am trying to contact my subscription, there is no where to cancel. I have been charged again

I wanted to try their product and was put on a monthly subscription that I didn’t sign up for. I have emailed the to no avail. Now I have to report them from my credit card company as fraud. Stay away from this company.

TOTAL SCAM - They send me monthly packages worth 80$ to my home and there is no way to stop the orders. My bank cannot track how they are charging my account. 5 months of this and I have reported them to BBB and the italian police since i am based in Italy. Even the product is fake- Vitamin B is not sweet like this and I feel no Vitamin B in this whatsoever!! LIE AND SCAM ! DO NOT ORDER AND REPORT THEM AS WELL ASAP to help others !

Unfortunately I bought one bottle to try it out and never subscribed or created a profile on their website. It turns out that I have a profile on their website with my full address that I can't delete, no payment option and the status of the subscription appears as "cancelled" but they keep charging and sending me their product since June. This constitutes unauthorized access, fraudulent billing, and a violation of consumer protection and data privacy laws.
