Las laminas son bonitas y de buena calidad pero el personal de la tienda te ayuda mas bien poco. Estaría bastante mejor que te entregaran las laminas planas y no enrolladas para luego enmancarlas mejo... もっず芋る

No hay marcos negros y mala atencion

No hay marcos, solo tienen 3 tipos a pesar de que pone en la página que hay muchísimos. Mí madre de compró uno y lo mismo, espero 3 meses a que llegara el supuesto marco negro y jamás llegó. En mi caso tampoco había a pesar de que la pág me dejó comprarlo, luego te mandan un correo diciendo que solo tienen de aluminio plateado. Además, llegó el marco roto, y tuve que estar yo constantemente detrás de ellos para que contestaran y me arreglaran el cuadro. No lo recomiendo, hay sitios con posters igual o más chulos y una atención increíblemente mejor que aquí. Fatal

Rectificando primero la falta de datos en tu pedido, que hemos modificado posteriormente a tu compra. Te ofrecimos una alternativa que aceptaste aparentemente a gusto. Y en cuanto a tu marco roto, estuvimos en contacto telefónico todo el rato y por whatsap. Vinimos a tu casa, con las franjas horarias que nos marcaste, con un marco nuevo, y te lo volvimos a montar. La verdad que esta valoración tuya nos ha sorprendido mucho :(

Great

I had some issues at first on following up on my order from the website, so at the beginning I felt unsure of my purchase. However, Natalia from the customer service contacted me, gave me all the informations needed for the delivery, followed up until I received the painting, which is by the way as the nice as the picture from their site.
Because of her professional behavior, and the nice painting, I definitely recommend their site.
