Especially if you are coming from abroad, I strongly warn you to be extremely cautious. The clinic does not provide proper follow‑up, accountability, or professional guidance. My functional, aesthetic, and financial losses are significant, and it is clear that the entire treatment must be redone at another clinic.

I am sharing this experience to prevent other patients - particularly international patients from facing similar problems.

My treatment journey at Mosdent Bahçelievler Dental Hospital between 2023 and 2026 has been extremely disappointing, unprofessional, and filled with serious clinical mistakes.
Below is the full timeline of what I experienced:

• 2023 – Upper zirconium dental prosthesis:
The prosthesis was aesthetically and functionally inadequate. My jaw relationship and bite analysis were not properly evaluated.

• December 2024 – Implant and bone graft:
Jaw retrusion was not identified, leading to incorrect implant planning. This fundamental mistake negatively affected all subsequent treatments.

• July 2025 – Dental prosthesis construction:
The lower teeth were adjusted inward compared to the upper teeth, causing a completely incorrect bite. This resulted in chewing difficulties, speech problems, and aesthetic imbalance.

• December 2025 – Repeated prosthesis construction:
Despite multiple visits, the issues were not resolved. The corrections were temporary and superficial, with no permanent solution offered.

• July 2026 – Prosthesis fracture:
The prosthesis broke in a very short time, clearly proving that the work was technically faulty and below professional standards.

In addition to these issues, there were major inconsistencies in both the color and material of the upper and lower prostheses. These changes were made without my approval. Instead of taking responsibility for these mistakes, Dr. Ömer demanded additional payment, using ‘material costs’ as an excuse. This is unacceptable, unethical, and violates basic patient rights.

Throughout the entire process, the clinic failed to provide proper follow‑up, professional guidance, or accountability. My functional, aesthetic, and financial losses are significant, and it is clear that the entire treatment must be redone at another clinic.

I contacted MosDent in July 2026 after finding excellent reviews of root canal specialist Dr Oksana Oturgan. Other clinics had recommended extractions and implants, but saving my natural teeth wherever possible was my priority. MosDent listened and respected this.
Coordinator Özgür Görgün responded promptly, arranged for my X-ray to be reviewed by a team of dentists, including endodontists. They proposed a preliminary treatment plan and explained how long the treatment might take. I was happy with both the plan and the estimated timeframe.
During treatment in September, Dr Oksana saved one tooth with root canal treatment and rebuilding, treated decay in another and replaced a filling in a further tooth to strengthen it.

Unfortunately, my upper second molar could not be restored. After clear explanations and consultations with Dr Oksana, Dr Ferit Kaval and prosthodontist Dr Alaaddin Kılıçaslan, I chose an Astra Tech implant. Several implant systems were available at different prices, and we discussed both clinical suitability and my budget. Dr Ferit performed the extraction and implant placement, followed by two checks before I returned home.

There were three treatment appointments and two follow-up visits between 2 and 7 September. We also agreed on crowns for teeth with extensive fillings, based on clinical needs and my preferences. I plan to return for the next stage of treatment in around three to four months, as advised.

The doctors, Özgür and reception staff spoke English, and Dr Oksana also spoke Russian.
I received my X-rays and implant passport, and the accounts department sent all receipts with a treatment breakdown at the end of this stage.

My treatment is still ongoing, but so far I am very happy with the care, organisation and communication. Thank you to Dr Oksana, Dr Ferit, Özgür and the whole team!

I appreciated their focus on preserving my existing dental work and recommending only necessary treatment. I felt they put my health first, rather than trying to sell me more treatment.

Great and attentive care - ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I received both two root canal treatments and two crowns.

I travelled from the United Kingdom for the treatment and it was very easy to get in contact with the clinic through WhatsApp. I chose MosDent as the treatment costs was very reasonable, especially compared to the high prices of private dental treatment in the UK.

A huge thank you to my coordinator Özgür - I was in constant contact with him before I travelled to Istanbul, he was happy to answer any queries I had and was very transparent with treatment plans and costs. MosDent was even able to arrange for my hotel accomodation near the clinic for convenience, they also can provide airport transportation if required.

When I arrived in Istanbul I met with Özgür who warmly welcomed me and explained the whole process of the treatment to me. He ensured to explain everything to me clearly and was there at every step to make sure everything was good and that I was satisfied. He was also very kind to share with me recommendations for where to visit and eat in Istanbul as I had some spare time to explore the beautiful city.

I received treatment from Dr Oksana, who completed my root canals (microscopic) and Dr Zaynep, who completed my crowns. Both doctors were very attentive with the treatment they gave me. Everything went smoothly and the Doctors are experienced and kind.

I also want to give a thanks to the other staff I interacted with, the reception staff and dental assistants They are very professional and the customer service is great. I had no issues with interacting with staff in English.

Overall, I am really happy with the treatment I received and I am glad that I chose MosDent for my treatment. What really stands out for me is the integrity, transparency and professionalism. These qualities are very important especially when you are travelling from abroad for the treatment.

Na lang onderzoek heb ik ervoor gekozen om mijn implantaten en zirkonium kronen bij Mosdent te laten plaatsen. Mijn behandeling is van begin tot eind uitstekend en vrijwel pijnloos verlopen. Het hele team werkt zeer professioneel en zorgvuldig.

Mijn speciale dank gaat uit naar mijn adviseur Özgür, de implantoloog Enes, Alaaddin en Bahadır. Dankzij hun deskundigheid, vriendelijkheid en persoonlijke aandacht voelde ik mij gedurende de hele behandeling op mijn gemak.

Ook op het gebied van de kosten is Mosdent zeer transparant en betrouwbaar. Alle behandelingen die vooraf waren gepland en geprijsd, maar uiteindelijk niet nodig bleken te zijn, werden volledig aan mij terugbetaald. Dat getuigt van eerlijkheid en betrouwbaarheid.

Kortom, ik kan Mosdent van harte aanbevelen. U kunt er met een gerust hart terecht voor een professionele en betrouwbare tandheelkundige behandeling.

The hospital is very clean and well maintained. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. It's possible that your treatment could change once you have arrived, this is because they are very thorough and professional. They do x-rays and scans before they do anything else. They then explain what treatment you require, and the cost. They are happy to arrange accommodation and airport transport for you. The one I stayed at was a few minutes walk from the surgery, so very convenient. The accommodation isn't luxurious, but definitely adequate. It's comparable to a Travelodge room, breakfast is available if required. The treatment is absolutely brilliant, the only pain involved was the anaesthetic injections! In total my treatment took 3 visits. I was treated like an old friend! I am very happy with the results of my treatment,and have to compliment the utter professionalism of the young lady Doctor Pelinsu, who went above and beyond to make sure I left with a perfect set of teeth! There is also a 6 month follow up appointment , which is free of charge (other than flights and accommodation) to insure that everything is going well. The only criticism that I would have, is that during my initial treatments, there wasn't an English speaking person in the room, so I didn't really know what was happening, which was a little stressful.my advice, for a completely stress free visit, would be to use a translator earpiece. The surrounding area of the surgery and hotel aren't the best, it is quite a rundown area, and the locals aren't the friendliest. If you are looking for a very good outcome, at a reasonable cost, I would definitely recommend Mosdent.

En 2023, sur recommandation, j’ai choisi MosDent Dental Hospital pour mon traitement dentaire comprenant des implants, des couronnes en zircone et un design du sourire. L’idée de me faire soigner les dents dans un autre pays me semblait un peu inhabituelle au départ, mais j’ai décidé de faire confiance aux recommandations et de me rendre chez MosDent.

Le transfert de l’aéroport à l’hôtel a été organisé de manière très confortable. Ensuite, je me suis rendu à la clinique pour l’examen initial et la prise de tomographie. À l’hôpital, j’ai été accueilli par une équipe professionnelle et chaleureuse. Mon traitement implantaire a été réalisé par le Dr Ömer Faruk Şarkbay, l’un des spécialistes les plus reconnus en chirurgie implantaire en Turquie. Toutes les procédures ont été effectuées en une seule journée, de façon confortable et sans douleur. Le fait que toutes mes dents aient été extraites et que les implants aient été posés en même temps, aussi rapidement, a totalement dissipé mes appréhensions concernant les implants.

Quelques mois plus tard, je suis retourné à la clinique pour la pose des couronnes. Cette fois-ci, j’ai été pris en charge par un prothésiste spécialisé en design du sourire. Un sourire parfaitement adapté à mes attentes et à mes traits du visage a été réalisé avec succès en très peu de temps.

En raison de mon emploi du temps chargé, je n’avais pas pu revenir plus tôt pour les contrôles. Ce mois-ci, j’ai effectué une visite de contrôle de routine. Les radiographies, l’examen et les contrôles généraux ont été réalisés gratuitement. Malgré le temps écoulé, retrouver la même attention et pouvoir échanger avec un interlocuteur concernant les soins réalisés m’a vraiment rassuré et démontré que MosDent assume pleinement le travail effectué.

Je recommande cette clinique sans hésitation à toute personne ayant des doutes ou des appréhensions concernant les soins dentaires. Avec 34 ans d’expérience, plus de 20 dentistes spécialistes, 20 salles de consultation et un bloc opératoire permettant les traitements sous anesthésie générale, MosDent offre des soins professionnels dans un véritable environnement hospitalier. Je suis très satisfait de mon expérience et je recommande cette clinique de tout cœur.

Diş hastanesinden aldığım hizmetten son derece memnun kaldım. İlk randevu anından itibaren tüm süreç çok düzenli ve profesyonel bir şekilde ilerledi. Resepsiyondaki görevliler son derece güler yüzlü, ilgili ve yardımcıydı. Bekleme süresi neredeyse hiç olmadı, bu da hastaneye verilen önemi açıkça gösteriyor.

Tedavimi gerçekleştiren doktorum hem çok bilgili hem de son derece nazikti. Yapılacak işlemler hakkında beni detaylı bir şekilde bilgilendirdi, tüm sorularımı sabırla yanıtladı ve sürecin her aşamasında kendimi güvende hissetmemi sağladı. Tedavi sırasında hijyen kurallarına büyük özen gösterilmesi ve kullanılan ekipmanların modern olması ayrıca içimi rahatlattı.

Klinik ortamı son derece temiz, ferah ve düzenliydi. Çalışan tüm ekibin uyum içinde çalışması ve hastalara karşı olan nazik yaklaşımı gerçekten takdire şayan. Diş hekimi korkusu olan biri olarak buradan çok rahat ve mutlu bir şekilde ayrıldım.

Gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye edebileceğim, kaliteli hizmet anlayışına sahip bir diş hastanesi. Emeği geçen tüm doktorlara ve çalışanlara teşekkür ederim. Bundan sonraki diş tedavilerimde de tercihim kesinlikle burası olacak.

Mosdent de komplet dişlerimi yaptırdım. Kemik erimesinden dolayı daha önce yaptırmış olduğum impilantlar oynama yaptı komple dişlerim çekildikten sonra on impilat Kemik tozu eklendi korku ve endişe içindeydim süreç biraz uzadı şunu samimiyetle söyleye bilirim sonuç gerçekten harika oldu çok kıymetli donanımlı ekipmanlarla çalışan bir kurum emeği geçen herkese teşekkür ediyorum herkese tavsiye ederim görünümü güzel harika dişlere sahip oldum buradan tüm mosdent çalışanlara saygılar sevgiler

I do not recommend MosDent.

After trusting them with my dental treatment, I experienced poor communication, unclear pricing, disorganised logistics, and was fitted with a prosthesis that made my lips bleed — I could only wear it once.

Worse still, when I visited another clinic to continue treatment, I was told that the implants MosDent had placed were not aligned with the natural arch of my teeth — a serious clinical error. I haven’t even raised this with them, because their communication was so dismissive and unhelpful that I lost all trust in their service.

I chose not to return to MosDent and have since continued my treatment elsewhere with a more professional and responsive team.

⚠️ Be warned: if they reply to this review with a polite-sounding message, ignore it. Their public responses are just for show — behind the scenes, I experienced the same dismissive attitude again and again.

This was a major investment of time, money, and trust — and I regret making it with MosDent.

Ich komme aus der Schweiz und litt unter Zahnfleischproblemen sowie Knochenschwund im Kiefer. Während andere Kliniken vorschlugen, die betroffenen Zähne zu ziehen und durch Implantate zu ersetzen, entschied ich mich aufgrund meiner bereits vorhandenen Implantate im Unterkiefer und des dortigen Knochenschwunds, zunächst eine Behandlung des Zahnfleisches im Oberkiefer in Betracht zu ziehen.

Die MosDent-Klinik empfahl mir eine Flap-Operation inklusive Knochenaufbau, die wir schließlich durchführten. Nun heißt es abwarten und Tee trinken 😉, bis alles verheilt ist.
