Moshulu レビュー 

I'm very happy with the service and the product itself. I bought my dream shoes: teal, leather, mid-heel in size 8! (It was a real struggle to find anything like that even on Oxford Street). I bought them online and there was no problem with exchange on bigger size (7 to 8). Also, during the process shoes were discounted and Moshulu paid back the difference :)
I am very grateful and happy :)

I was thrilled with my 'Wasabi' sandals in indigo which arrived today. Great fit and lovely cushioning underfoot. First time I have ordered from Moshulu, but easy to order online and delivered in timescale. Would definitely use again

Brought the wrong size - was told that AS SOON as back will be exchanged but not so ,they then hung on another 2 weeks before refunding back to the credit card .
Attitude was alot better with Customers service 3-4 years ago .
I did not get offered any help to return had to ring again to then only to be told could send out ( another 10 days on top I thought) therefore had a taxi to P.O to still await a exchange or refund, at this point I brought elsewhere.
It is unnecessary to take 2 weeks to come back out of their bank account into our bank account therefore lost a customer over.
The 28 th I brought ...the 15 th my refund !

Great looking slippers at a great price

Great shoes and slippers, comfortable, easy website, delivered on time. Last two orders have been to replace shoes/slippers that I had worn out after many years of comfort.

Fantastic! Had an issue navigating the website delivery options and got in touch with Customer Service. They were so quick, helpful and friendly in sorting out the issue. Slippers arrived the next day and they are super. Would definitely order again and recommend.

These are well fitting stylish suede trainer the self coloured lace option makes them really cool I love them

After packing for return the fourth pair of slippers (Bo) in a little over a year, I am finally calling it a day on Moshulu. The quality has declined in the ten years I started shopping with them, but this last pair are a joke and would be overpriced at a quarter of the cost. The depth of the sole has been reduced by a half and is a cheaper synthetic than previously used. The material across the top of the slipper has been cut back to such an extent it is impossible to get your foot in. But if you could put your foot in, the inner top seam is bulky and would rub, making the slipper unwearable. And stupid me. Knowing of the decline of my regular slipper (Alaska), I 'treated' myself to the more costly Larksfoot for Christmas and already the decorative stitching is breaking and coming away. The sizing is now all over the place (size 5 sent back previously as it was shorter than a size 4), which may be due to the fact the manufacture has moved from Europe to China. Not that you'll find that in the "About us" spiel on the website. The two stars are provided because one is the minimum and the second is in recognition of the customer service/returns process. So long and thanks for all the fish.

The two female assistants in the Wells store couldn't have been more helpful . Their enthusiasm and knowledge of the product made purchasing a pair of boots a very positive experience. they should be complimented on their skills.

I absolutely love these boots. They are beautifully made and the colour is gorgeous. They fit well and look great with jeans or skirts!

Beautiful slippers and beautifully made although I think their sizing is for tiny feet! I am always a size 37 with all brands but with Moshulu, the slippers were very narrow and short - more like a 36.

I received a full refund of the cost of the slippers minus the original 3.99 postage. Returns are free.

Soft leather, very comfortable and stylish. Would recommend.

Slippers appeared to have been made for people with very slim feet as my daughter could not get her feet into them. Clearly a manufacturing fault. Purchase was therefore a waste of time compounded by the fact that Moshulu debited £3.99 from my purchase price when I returned the goods. This charge which they stated was for postage is not stated explicitly on their website. Indeed they go out of their way to state that returns are FREE (using their own parcel label) when it clearly is not. So I feel their website is dishonest and I am angry that I have been scammed.
