I got a small-claims judgement against this dishonest contractor who talks a good game and runs off with your down payment. He did not show up for the court date, and, of course, made no attempt to repay me. He stole $3,400 from us and only dug a couple of holes in the ground. DO NOT hire Jeff Moss. He’s a criminal.

This contractor has a judgement for $7500 of the $10000 he was paid due to taking my money and not doing the work. Look him up before hiring or you could lose your money as well. The judge gave him credit for $2500 for supposedly leveling the floor which still sloped 4 degrees. Buyer beeare!

Jeff Moss with Moss Contracting Services is still out there taking advantage of people in Texas - San Antonio and surrounding areas. Today is Friday February 8, 2019. My project has yet to be completed - No call no show since October of 2018. He told the BBB that he would have it done in December and with that the BBB closed my complaint against him. I have contacted several agencies to help get the word out there and stop this man.
I have personally talked with several people who have been taken advantage of. Anywhere from $1,000 to $10,000 and as far back as 2002. He is a habitual liar, unprofessional, and scams hardworking people out of their money. I have also researched Jeff on line and on social media and he has multiple claims for the same type of fraud. It is clear this is a pattern of behavior and Jeff Moss is stealing money. He needs to be stopped. If you should get a call from this man or for some reason have him appear at your front door please do your research and DO NOT HIRE him.
