Absolutely disgraceful company brought…
Absolutely disgraceful company brought a revvi for my son for Christmas revvi was broken sent back to be fixed come back still broken sent back for a full refund after being ignored never answers the phone or email now haven’t gave me a full refund and won’t explain to me why. Do not buy from this absolute conning company I will be taken it further as it was agreed a full refund

We’re sorry you feel disappointed with how this situation was handled.
The bike was returned to us twice for inspection. The first time we received it, the battery was fully discharged and once charged the bike was tested and found to be working correctly with no fault present, so it was returned to you.
Around three weeks later we were notified the bike was not working again, and we organised and paid for the bike to be returned to us a second time. Once again, after fully testing the bike on arrival, no fault was found and the bike was operating normally.
As the product was not found to be faulty, the refund that was issued was less the restocking fee, in line with the terms and conditions agreed to at the time of purchase.
We always aim to be fair and transparent with our customers and ensure all returned bikes are properly tested before any decision is made. If you would like us to review anything further, please feel free to contact us directly.

Ordered a bike for my daughter for…
Ordered a bike for my daughter for Christmass. Got an email from DPD to say I would have to pay custom chargers on the item. The company are listed in dromore northern Ireland guess what I also live in northern Ireland so there should be no customs chargers. I sent motorcross4u an email about this problem and a week later I'm still yet to get a reply. I have paid the customs charges but wouldn't hold out much hope on the warranty support with this company.

Sorry you feel you have had a bad experience with your order. Duty was charged via DPD as you had provided a Business name and Address for delivery with No EORI number being provided to Dpd. This was dispatched from our UK warehouse. We have emailed you and had no response to date. Please email info@motocross4u.com to get this rectified.

Ordered a revvi 18 for my daughters…
Ordered a revvi 18 for my daughters birthday...put it on charge and it went bang....had to purchase a battery and charger from elsewhere... this was 4 weeks ago the battery and charger faulty ones have gone back to revvi ...however still no answers/refund or replacements now if I didn't have the extra money my child would be 4 weeks with a none working bike it isn't good enough communication is shocking and theyr phone number don't work ..personally would never recommend this store ! Totally disappointing

Wanted to purchase the revvi 20 for my sons birthday and black had sold out so emailed customer services and was told would be back in the following week so waited a week to come into stock but had raised the price for the black bike only an extra £300 £1399 so had to order a colour my son didn’t want them the following week they dropped price of black one back to original price £1099 just felt disappointed with the motocross 4u as they was taking advantage of the black been popular and to see it reduced back down following week made me so upset as my son really wanted black but couldn’t afford the extra £300 they was asking

The price change on the Revvi 20 wasn’t intended to take advantage of customers. Occasionally prices can change due to supplier pricing, promotions, or stock availability, and sometimes these changes happen quite quickly depending on the manufacturer and incoming stock.
We completely understand how frustrating it must have been when your son had his heart set on the black bike, and we’re sorry the timing of the price change made it difficult for you. Your feedback is really appreciated and helps us improve how we communicate stock and pricing changes to customers.

Perfect transaction
Perfect transaction. Contacted motocross 4u worried that I hadn’t received my confirmation of purchase but it was 1000% my own fault as I was checking for an email but I had chose to receive text confirmation, that being said the response I got was very polite and changed my confirmation to email and resent it out so I definitely had it , a few hours later I received a email with a dispatch notice , revvi 20 was here the next day , all working and perfect , daughter loves it

Good value
Price is very good towards other companies, when I was looking to purchase stated 10 in stock with 2/4days delivery unfortunately it didn’t meet the delivery time frame!! As there website is linked to there uk store do it had to be shipped to Northern Ireland in order for them to dispatch, as I needed this for my daughters I decided to drive up to collect the minute it landen in store, but the girl Emma I was dealing with meet me in newry as I was coming from Dublin, but bike was perfect, I did pay for delivery protection even tho I drove to collect it, but over all bike is worth the money maybe if ordering give 7 days or more
