Excellent quality, good customer service, very responsive, fast shipping, I highly recommend

I really have to say that all three suits I have bought from Motogpgears has fit like a glove. Really good prices with a high level of quality. Oh and the kicker is all three suits took 3 weeks from start to suit being on my body. I plan at least two more for my riding buddies in the Ducati club. Thanks David.

I've been buying racing gear for years. but this company has won me over. The pricing is fair, the quality is excellent, and the delivery was on time.

I want give a review on the new custom made one piece leather suit I just purchased from MotoGP Gear.
I could not be happier with my purchase. from the day I ordered the suit until the day I received my suit I believe was only 28 days.
A very quick turnover from order to receiving.
The Quality and craftsmanship is excellent the leather the stitching is perfect.
Along with the quality of The internal armor generally when I purchase a new leather, I take the internal armor out and buy aftermarket high quality armor.
This is the first time I did not need to do that, all very similar to D3 armor, also excellent external armor on all of the joints and the internal armor is removable along with a removable inside mesh liner.
On top of that, I was truly impressed with all the logos on the outside of the leather are not screen printed they are all individual letters or logos individually Sewn onto the suit very impressive.
What makes me truly happy is that I paid approximately half of what I’ve paid for other suits from a big name brands.
I have No problem giving MotoGP five stars.
Not only because the workmanship of everything I’ve purchased from them has been excellent, but the communication was top-notch their attention to detail, and the response time was Great.
This is not the first product they have produced for me.
I have had Kawasaki leather jacket made I’ve had a couple pair of gloves made all came out fantastic, but this new leather suit I have received is by far the nicest leather I have ever purchased for racing.
So if you’re looking for a suit, I suggest you give this company A try instead of paying exuberantly high prices for the big name brands Check out MotoGP Gear you’ll be pleasantly surprised.
I have zero complaints,now just looking forward to riding season.
I do not usually post reviews, but since they did such an amazing job for me, and communicated so well I thought it was the right thing to do so others who may be interested in having a suit made, but aren’t familiar with the company can rest assured it is top notch quality from the leather to the quality of the craftsmanship and the materials used to the stitching to the level of communication.
Along with response time is nothing less then excellent !

Poor quality and terrible customer service

Terrible quality and seller refused to accept return and issue refund. Hard to work with. Would not do business with again

Worst shopping Experience I ever had. Communication and delivery are horrible and item runs small. Takes them almost 3 weeks to deliver, never sent a updated email in regards to tracking number carrier tracker etc... until I contacted them manually. I ordered a 3XL jacket, and 3XL usually fits me, it runs small and did not fit me. Tried to call, phone number does not work (intentional) and had to email 3 different representatives in regards to this. They were not attentive and refused to let me make a return, claimed it was per my order requested and unless size was sent wrong or damage to item They wouldn't let me return it. They offered 40% off next order to try and mitigate the situation. This is worst shopping experience I ever had and they are very unprofessional. Please avoid the hassle and stress.

My experience with MOTOGP GEARS LLC was a nightmare. The communication was horrendous; I often had to follow up multiple times to get any updates on my order. When I finally received my customized jacket, it was nothing like what I had requested. The sizing was all wrong, and the customer service team didn’t seem interested in helping me resolve the issue. I highly advise against using their services.
