Worst App. Since Friday 20th Jan the money i deposited in the app of transfer has not been credited. Customer service is zero as no contact made and despite attempts, nobody has come back to me.

The app is horrible. It’s meant to allow you to send money yet it never sends the money and keep it.

I had to contact my bank to raise a dispute as that is simply fraud. After two weeks of speaking the customer support daily, asking where is my funds, I was finally able to withdraw my initial money back to my main bank.

Horrible customer service, horrible company.

My complaint that I
raised has been resolved very promptly. Recieved a call from a friendly staff who helped me set up the account. I am now up and running. On top of that, for my first transaction, my recivever will be given a goody bag. Very happy with motomoney customer service

My family were able to collect their Kwacha in Lilongwe with no hassle at all. I strongly recommend MotoMoney. And there was no transfer fee either, which is a bonus in these hard times.

No fees means every penny I sent went directly to my family.

Excellent customer service,very helpful and friendly. It was quick and easy to use the app. Money was in Malawi within minutes! Very impressive. Oh and my mama got a free Moto money T-shirt when she collected her funds.

Once I was set up the process was fairly simple and the communication on the other side was great and the funds available immediately, I really do like the fact that my money is protected, you aren’t chasing someone. The rates are better than other similar service providers (western union etc) and not too far off the google rates

Would I use MotoMoney or recommend it? Yes I would. As a person who sends money to Malawi often this is great.

Amazing concept. Will male transfer of money very easy. Had some setting up issues due to my on doing really but handled very efficiently and promptly.
