Motopress Hotels works great as booking system for our vessels. It does exactly what we want. Support is is always prompt and professional.

We experienced a comlex problem with a dabase corruption which may have had the adverse effect on our Motopress Calendar product. Andre our contact in support at Motopress responded to an continuing series of questions and although the source of the initial problem was not fully identified he did go on to provide an online cleanup of our data to allow us to proceed.

I purchased the Appointment Booking plugin from MotoPress expecting it would meet my needs based on their website. After several hours of testing, it became clear it wouldn’t work for my use case, so I opened a support ticket to request a refund.

Unfortunately, the support I received (from Eugene) was dismissive and unprofessional. I was told things such as: “we never stated that the Appointment Booking plugin can be used for overnight bookings. I think you would agree that ‘overnight appointments’ sounds odd.” Not only was this unhelpful, but also unnecessarily rude.

When I explained I had started a chargeback with my bank, the reply was equally unaccommodating, stating they would be “happy to provide evidence” to the bank rather than offer any resolution.

In over 20 years of purchasing premium plugins, I’ve always been refunded when a product clearly didn’t suit the use case – MotoPress is the first company I’ve encountered that refused to do so.

Warning to others: make absolutely sure this plugin fits your exact requirements before purchasing, as refunds are not guaranteed, even if the product is unusable for your situation.

I had a fantastic experience with MotoPress support. Andre was incredibly friendly, professional, and truly helpful. He not only solved my problem quickly but also did so with an attitude that made me feel valued as a customer.
This level of service is rare nowadays and deserves to be recognized. Thanks again for the excellent support – keep up the great work!

Plugin generally works well. Functionality is great and has a lot of features. Would like to see better options for styling of Elementor Widgets.

I've never worked with Motopress or a booking system before, and I have to say... I completely underestimated the scope, which isn't even apparent at first glance. The complexity behind it. Insane!

At first, it was a little difficult to navigate the system, but once you understand the concepts, it's easy and intuitive to use.

What I have to particularly praise is the support! So friendly and helpful, and above all, patient!

I’ve had an excellent experience with the MotoPress Hotel Booking support team. I encountered two separate bugs and opened two support tickets. They were incredibly responsive and handled both issues quickly and professionally. Their support led to two plugin updates, which shows how seriously they take user feedback. On top of that, their communication was kind, respectful, and helpful throughout. Honestly, this is the best plugin support I’ve ever dealt with. Highly recommended!
