MotoPress レビュー

100% recommended, fast and friendly

Excellent customer service, I was a little conscious I'd be left in the dark after paying for a lifetime + unlimited subscription, but not at all! Thanks John for dealing with my query and thanks MotoPress for investing in your customer service team.

Do not trust this product, they have poor service and poor products.

we bought the hotel booking plugin the purchase we have started the setup to use on our business, the support didn't answer our tickets for days.

the plugin itself is very limited and cannot be customised, was a waist of money

Well timed response, quality and useful! Grateful!

The MotoPress plugin for WordPress is a versatile tool ideal for managing online bookings and appointments, particularly for service-based businesses like salons, spas, and educational institutions. It offers features such as appointment scheduling, multiple payment options, and extensive customization capabilities. The plugin integrates seamlessly with WordPress, providing an intuitive user experience and responsive support.

Also, support is very quick and prompt

The best service of any wordpress theme I have ever had. Simply something to be proud of.

Excellent customer service and product. Andre was the professional who helped me design my website from start to finish, and he was perfect. He answered every single question I had and even got back to me within 24 hours (most of the time a lot less than that) with every update/question I had. Would definitely use Andre and the entire MotoPress team again for any additional work or products needed in the future!

Very good product and quite good support

Great theme, thanks for the great work and support!

The Plugins and Themes are great but sometimes complex to understand. The videos are very basic and skip important setting you cannot skip. (not very detailed) But The online support make it all good as they are to the point and give you correct information you need. They have being approved over the years!
I am very happy with the Chat support!
John just give me the missing information I need in 2 minutes!

Keep on the good work guys!

Very quick and promt support for technical issues in our web site.

Super helpful, awesome and amazing representative experts I've ever experienced working with, thank you all.

Good support (with patience 🙃) for a very good plugin. Could have been a little quicker but perhaps the delay was because of some timezones.

The man was helpful, quick with answers, answering all my questions

Un très bon support du propriétaire du thème, réponse rapide et de bonne qualité

An experience out of 10, the support is wonderful, always attentive and with real solutions.

I am super happy, I had several configuration and customization problems, the support was amazing Eugene, he helped me in a fast and efficient way. I asked him many questions, and he answered all of them efficiently. Thank you very much for everything, Eugene, you are a great worker.

Shout out to Andre and Eugene from support. They are quick, patient, understaanding and helpful.

If you have the luck to get your problem in their inbox, consider it solved!
