Bought a second used car from Motorama Moorooka - ( Alan Durham ) in six months, After purchasing a used Kia previously , I was so impressed that there was only one place I would go to again. I contacted Alan and gave him a price and told him the type of car I required and was prepared to wait . Alan came up with a beauty at the right price . I have had the car for 3 months and everything is going great.I was so confident in the purchase that I did not even arrange an inspection , travelled by two trains to collect. Any further purchases I may need will be through Alan .People should seriously look at Motorama when purchasing a car. Thanks John Maltby

It is a common theme in the reviews I have seen, and is now no surprise to me, Sam is a legend! He made both my partner and I feel extremely comfortable immediately upon walking in. He never went close to the "pushy salesman" line, was very upfront and helpful, and due to all that he played a big part in us deciding we did not need to look any further.

The rest of the team were great too, Chris the finance dude was extremely open and honest with us, and was able to match what the other finance companies were offering online, so it was a no-brainer in the end.

Could not recommend these guys any more highly!

Second time customer of Motorama & would not go any where, tried to do business on the Gold Coast but trust me, save the energy & get to Springwood & be treated with respect.

My car was booked in to have the weather shields, bonnet protector and wiring loom for spot lights fitted as they were on back order. I was told my car would take 3 hours due to the 1500 k service also being done at the same time. I caught the bus to the Hyperdome. I got a call around 12 saying that my car was now going to be ready at 3. I was told the extra time was due to the wiring loom. This was a detail that was made at the time of the booking. 6 hours for a 1500 k check and the fitting of accessories seemed to be very excessive. If I had been told to this at time I dropped off the car I could've been prepared. I hope the next experience with you is of a better standard.

we did all our corresponding over the phone and every thing went fine salesman arnuud was always helpful and pleasant and got back to me in reasonable times still some details to finalise but happy with the service so far and would recommend service from this dealership thanks -ron

Sold a lemon lied to promised the world and no after sales support at all DISGUSTING brought a brand new RG Dual Cab Colorado and now 2 years and still no satisfaction they take your hard earned money and forget you and the after sales service stay clear.

The salesperson was very attentive, listened to my needs of what I wanted from my new vehicle.

Great price for the vehicle. Could not fault the customer service and they make reasonable coffee as well.

Team was very approachable and happy. Nothing was a problem. Followed up any queries. Price was spot on.

After visiting several other car dealers, we contacted Motorama on the phone and spoke to Leo, and felt immediately at ease.
When we arrived at the dealership, Leo greeted us and looked after us very well. We ended up with the car we wanted for less than we thought we’d have to pay. We felt he had our interests as priority, and was not trying to sell us a loan/ demo car to profit himself in commission.
Reegan was also helpful when we picked up the car and we found the general service to be of a high standard.
I would recommend this dealership to anyone.

Once the deal was signed on the dotted line communication really tapered off. We struggled to get email replies, updated information regarding delivery dates and registration numbers. We required this for insurance policies, it was a real battle. Also it was evident the motorama team weren’t communicating to each other hindering the process of purchase and delivery. Very disjointed.

Top notch service with well informed staff made the new car decision and subsequent purchase a most pleasurable experience. As a customer I felt valued and at no time pressured to make decisions and left the dealership
feeling I had made the right choice with a great value purchase suited to my needs.

Choose motorama you’ll be treated like family

Very impressed with sale and post-sale service at Motorama Moorooka!

From the moment we walked in the door we found that we were in good hands and looked after. We’d done a bit of research online and had a fair idea of what we thought we wanted. Alan listened and really got to the bottom of what it was we intended to use the vehicle for and steered us into a slightly different direction that we hadn’t previously considered. We found Alan had extensive knowledge about a huge range of cars and offered very useful advice. The one he recommended turned out to be exactly the right car for us and we are really very happy with our choice the Kia Sorento we brought. Alan let us know about options that were available to us at a price - like their extended warranty and special interior and exterior service - but we didn’t end up purchasing any extras and he wasn’t at all pushy about it. This car was a lot fancier than the cars we’d had before so the day we went in to pick it up, as it was Alan’s RDO, another knowledgeable Motorama staff member patiently took us through all the bells and whistles (and completed the paperwork with us) making the whole process so easy.

As for the post-sales service we experienced - we are also impressed with that. Unfortunately at the time we brought it there was a panel that was missing in the boot of the car that Alan tried to source for us before we picked the car up from the yard but with no luck. Alan had to order it in from overseas and, as we live in Cairns, courier it up to us. We had also enquired about getting a spare key for it because it only came with one. They’re expensive right, so imagine our surprise when Alan said that he’d had one organised for us and would post it up with the panel! So while we had to wait about two months for delivery… it was well worth the wait.

I walked in to look at my dream car, and was asked if I wanted a test drive within minutes. No booking. We are very pleased! We were looked after and treated well. They were very understanding of our circumstances also.
