The Kia Cerato that I bought perhaps is the fifth car deal including trading in the previous one. So far I have not had any problem neither with the purchase nor the maintenance service.

No hassle purchase - why we go back

Adam was a great salesman. We initially looked at our car 6 months ago, and he regularly text us updates when the car was on offer etc. if it wasn’t for this, we wouldn’t have purchased the car. He was very friendly and lovely with our three year old who didn’t want to be at the car yard anymore. He even gave us a dollar for the chocolate box so we could keep her happy! Great service and will recommend.

Great service prior to signing for car , after that it all changed . Promised stuff to go with car , tank of fuel and adapter plug , comes to picking up car they know nothing about it . Salesman isn’t there and heard from them once after signing . Disappointing service. Car is lovely thoug

Perfectly excellent - my partner and I bought our first proper family car brand new and they had such an awesome team and customer service. More than happy to answer any and all questions and always offered water tea or coffee fruit biscuits etc. couldn’t have been more blown away. If we were to buy another new car would definitely go through motorama again ten outta ten

Went to a million different car yards, Motorama service was superior.

Everybody at Kia was welcoming and generally friendly without the dirty sales vibe. I recommend working with Sam, he listened and didn’t sell me on bull (at least I dont think he did).

We had a fantastic experience with Krisch from Mitsubishi Motorama at Moorooka, Brisbane. Excellent customer service, didn’t waste our time and was especially great in helping us manage our super active toddler by providing a colouring in pack, cookies and drinks. We’d definite recommend Motorama to our family and friends.

My heart was set on an Optima GT; my wife's on a Sportage GT-Line, being the more all-around more practical vehicle and (of course) an SUV....
Jordan was patient through the "pondering period" and provided technical advice and assistance as requested. As in any balanced relationship, the heart won. I'm stoked and she enjoys driving the GT.
The clincher for Jordan, over the other dealerships approached, was that, from a couple of photos and a rego check, Jordan was able to make a decent and realistic on-the-spot trade-in offer on our daughter's 2004 Focus (our daughter having recently upgraded to our Cerato Si). Other dealerships were not in position to make the trade-in offer without my providing a ship-load of additional information on the Focus and, when provided, the offers were no better than a wrecking yard might have done.
Let's just say that, after the handshake, dealing with Jordan's support team was almost too casual. Financing was sharp, delivery was smart and professional, the first service was booked and.....the wife may be back to buy "her" Sportage.

Absolute awesome service by Shaun. Love my new car. Would definitely recommend the team at motorama Holden Springwood.
