Ho fatto due ordini e i tempi di consegna non vengono mai rispettati ( 30 g di media ) , e quando si chiede informazioni sulle consegne rispondono con giorni di ritardo, se rispondono. !!!! Amazon tutta la vita ...

Ho acquistato un pantalone Dainese, i tempi di consegna sono stati rispettati ma l'articolo non mi è stato consegnato nella confezione originale ed era privo delle brochure Dainese dei materiali utilizzati e dei lavaggi.

Habe bei motorama eine lederkombi bestellt welche als Lagernd angeführt war. Nach 10 Tagen erst die Mitteilung bekommen das es diese nicht mehr gibt. Nach Auswahl einer 2. Ersatzkombi habe ich widerum nur gewartet. Jetzt ein Monat später habe ich diese noch nicht bekommen und erhalte auch keine Antwort. Danke Motorama, niemals wieder

Ich war vorerst etwas skeptisch der Seite gegenüber, einfach wegen dem geringen Preis und weil man sonst nichts über motorama findet. Da sie aber Paypal anbieten habe ich trotzdem bestellt.
Ich habe mir eine Alpinestar Lederkombi geordert. Bestellt wurde sie an einem Samstag und sie kam am Mittwoch bei mir Zuhause an. Damit hatte ich nicht gerechnet. Alles wie beschrieben, Neuware, gut verpackt. Ich kann Motorama bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen.

Be careful when applying promo codes from Motorama online store. This Black Friday, they claimed 30% off, but when applied the reduced price amounted to much less than 30%. When I confronted Motorama with facts, they put a higher price, and followed up with an email that I am exaggerating. When I produced the screenshots and told them how to work out % they were arrogant and 'threatened me'.

Unfortunately Trustpilot does not allow screenshots as I would also attached them here to publicly expose their deceit.

Ho avuto un'ottima esperienza d'acquisto: il casco è arrivato prima del tempo indicato per la consegna anche se mancava un accessorio nella confezione che invece risultava dalla confezione. L'assistenza clienti contattatta telefonicamente si è rivelata molto professionale e tempestiva e risolto inviandomi gratuitamente l'accessorio mancante. Consiglio lo store, acquistero di nuovo da loro.

Ho ordinato una giacca da moto della dainese che doveva essere disponibile in 7 giorni il 26/10/17 e mi è arrivato il 16/11/17! Nonostante i miei continui solleciti ricevevo solo risposte vaghe. Inutili le mie email e le mie chiamate. L’unica giustificazione da parte loro è stata dare la colpa a dainese. Dovrebbero a mio parere essere più seri e precisare i giorni effettivi di consegna, così da non deludere le aspettative dei clienti.

Ho provato ad acquistare un paio di pantaloni dainese (new drake air tex) il 5/9/17 con disponibilità da sito entro 7 giorni, 3 giorni dopo motorama mi comunica che non saranno disponibili prima del 27/9/17. Ok, decido di attendere. Il 27/9/17 chiedo news e mi dicono che dovrebbero essere in consegna entro 1-2 giorni. Il 5/10, su mio sollecito, mi comunicano di nuovo che non saranno disponibili prima del 30/10. Probabilmente Dainese ha la sua bella dose di colpa (per questo la mia recensione non è così negativa) ma non è possibile dover sollecitare per avere informazioni e non è possibile un ritardo del genere. Se non avete magazzino mi dispiace ma non è un problema mio.
Nota positiva (da qui 3 stelle e non 1) il rimborso è stato immediato e il custumer service è stato gentile. Non so se mi rivolgerò ancora a loro.

I bought a pair of Dainese gloves, which I had delivered to the US. Motorama removed the tax for shipping outside the EU, and their competitive shipping quote made the price unbeatable - by nearly $50! But the reason I'm adding a review is their customer service. The gloves arrived quickly to the US, as I could see from the tracking information, but then did not arrive for a over a week. I contacted Motorama to ask what happened and they were great - really fast replies and as helpful as possible. Long story short, the USPS had attempted to deliver the gloves but there was nobody home - but they don't seem to have left a "failed delivery" notice. Eventually, USPS rang me to say the package was at my post office and today I got my gloves. So although the delay was as a result of USPS, Motorama were great. I couldn't find any reviews of the company before purchasing so I was a bit anxious, but when they came through with flying colors I decided to leave my comment here. Thanks Motorama!
