I’ve tried several products from M., including their warrior balm, which worked pretty well for my pain relief. The customer service is friendly, and they provide great advice for use. While the products are thoughtfully made, I believe there's room for improvement in overall effectiveness. A solid company but not perfect for everyone.

I run a MSK Clinic, and my patient responses are always positive as part of recovery. Perfect natural ingredients used as part of massage Rehabilitation, and remind it to my patients.

It smells nice, it isnt sticky or oily and it gave me pain relief in less than 5 minutes.

I dithered on the size of the warrior balm and went for the medium size. Don't dither, go large. This stuff is fabulous.

The warrior balm does what it says it will do. My very sceptical husband decided to try it on his sore shoulder and is now using it every night! I find it helps with my joint pain.

Oil arrived quickly and well packaged, but unfortunately hasn't helped my back pain.

At a ripe age I am trying to train for a relay marathon, however my knee is trying to stop me.

Started with Sleepy Head at Christmas, and have since experienced the best sleep I've had in years. If, like me, you struggle with restful sleep, why not give it a go - it definitely works for me!

Products are amazing, I love them, but the customer service recently let them down badly. I placed an order on Boxing Day, 26th December. There was no advice on whether or not delivery would be delayed, so I expected it within the usual delivery times, given the fact that the following day was a normal working day. However, by Friday 3rd January I still hadn't received my order, so emailed them to check. I didn't get a reply, so on Saturday 4th January I contacted them on their website, which stated that they were there Monday to Friday. Presumably they received my online contact on Monday 6th January, but I still got no response. I did however receive my order the day after, 7th January, noting that it had been dispatched on 6th. I think they had actually forgotten my order - they didn't forget to take my money though, that was done on 26th December upon ordering. It may be better if they took an example from other companies, and only charged upon dispatch of orders. Had they bothered to respond to my queries, I would have been far happier, but bad customer service is, in my view, unacceptable, when you have given them your custom.

It so works,the relief is exceptional very good service
