I ordered a set of Viking saddlebags at
31-05-2018 on motorcyclehouse UK for shipping to The Netherlands. The saddle bags were £149.99 with free mountingset
That's a very nice and good price for Viking saddle bags. The only thing that suprised me was the shipping by weight costs, in my case it was £89.99. After three weeks status Awaiting shippment, I contacted motorcyclehouse by phone, that's a bad idea, just like email also a bad idea. They don't answer the phone and do not reply to email. So I tryed the ultimate thing, Chat, and at first nothing, but then I remembered that all lines go to the USA, motorcyclehouse.uk is just an allias. So there was a time differrence of 9 hours. Regarding that and the chat was a fact.
Chris chatted that I'll had to wait for an update by email (simple answer). And a few days later my status was changed to Shipped and the track and trace was included. And there was my second surprise the bags were shipped in Lahore Pakistan and went by Dubai , France and Germany to my home adress. The bags were delivered today and they are of a superior quality and complete with the promised free mountingset.
So I will recommend motorcyclehouse for nice quality products for a good price, but not for the customer service and shipping costs.

If you pay them for a product you will not get much in the way of communications, but you can forget Motorcycle House Australia completely if you want after sales service of any sort!, if you phone them the phone just puts you on a never ending merry-go-round and no one will ever answer the call, so you can message them on Facebook and get the same lack of attention or if you email them you cannot even get a courtesy reply to an email...... so once you have paid them any money that is the end of the matter, they have your money and you have faulty goods or if you are unfortunate to get an RMA then good luck in getting your refund!

I personally did not shop, but the customer service I received cancelling a fraudulent order was superb!

I received a Viking Cycle Ironborn Women's Motorcycle Textile Jacket. It fits well and certainly does the job. It has removable armor, lots of zippers, and contours the body nicely.

I've ordered some beautiful Vikingbag saddlebags at motorcyclehouse.co.uk at 21.02.2018. Payed them immediately using Paypal. Status of the order is still "pending" .
I tried to contact someone using "Message", chat, email. Noone answered my questions. I tried to click at the contact features at the homepage - seems all to be fake. found a telephone number hidden somewhere at the site - does not work "that number is unknown". Now nearly 3 weeks are gone and my patience is gone and I decided to open a case at Paypal. There another telephone number is shown and I tried to contact the (Califonia Number). There was a robot who said somethin I dont understand an then beeeeeeeeep. motorcyclehome had their chance. I won't loose 700 bugs. If they will contact me immediately and process the order - everything will be fine. otherwise - forget it and pay the money back. Seems they spend all of their time putting statements at this community. Would be nice to be contacted by Scott Adam talk with him about my Saddlebags.

Correction: All what is said before refers to motorcyclehouse.co.uk which just seems to be an alias for motorcyclehouse.com. On Paypal in the conflict area, motorcycle.com contacts me and apologises for the delay, but stresses that they tried to contacted me by Mail and Phone but did not get any answer. They stated, that due to missed information about my bike,they could not ship the products. I checked my phone and SPAM Folder - nothing found. Would have been better they answerded my Questions in the chat on their (alias) Website. However - we both decided to exchange some informations and after this they promised to ship immediately. Order state now changes to "awaiting shipment". Hope never dies...

Current state:
After waiting several days and the order status seems to be fixed at "awaiting shippment", I asked motorcyclehouse (using paypal-communication) if there might be some problem but nobody answeres. Not to loose some more time I decided to do the last step, to instruct PAYPAL for clearing.This means, Paypal takes over communication and contacts the vendor to proof his shipment-activities. After this, the vendor immediately (surprise!) shipped the order by FedEx, sending me a tracking number. So I could proof the status of the shipping. going from Lahore (Pakistan) , Dubai, Roissy(France) an Cologne(Germany) this night. I expect delivery today or tomorrow. What puzzles me is the fact, that shipping started at Pakistan. I thought I'd bought some US-Saddlebags, shipped over the UK. anyway - I will be glad to hold the bags in my hands, hopefully without any transport-damage.

After sending the paypal bill to Fedex, the clearing at cologne airport succeeded and the bags are delivered to me al 21.03.2018.
My order was complete - nothing missing. The bags were painted, some small sratches can be seen on both bags. The one which was unpacked by customs inspection and the otherone. Yes, although I payed 130GBP for shipping now I have to pay tax and customs charges. So the Vikingbags will be much more expensive then expected.
End of the story. I payed dearly.

I've bought a number of Viking Cycle products from Motorcycle House and they're great. The products are high quality, inexpensive, and fit well. Motorcycle House also has excellent customer service. I had some questions about a jacket I was buying my boyfriend and Catherine Joseph was very helpful. I will definitely order from them again on the future.
