Just brilliant
Just brilliant. Tom was great, as I had a problem with something on my XDS he was on it. Quick to respond, knowledgeable and really helpful and to top it all I got everything the day delivery.

A good matching
Pros : Handle bar shape is very similar to original part. Cons : No hole for câbles. About 13 euros of taxe for french market. Web support is really active and efficient. Nice site. I recommand

Great guys really helpful.
Item I wanted was not in stock but was advised it would be restocked soon, I ordered it, was kept up to date, and it was delvered before time. Can't say more but will be using these guys as my first point of call from now on.

Horrendous communication skills
Horrendous communication skills, I have yet again explained that after sending me the wrong part I want a refund, they are still insisting that I pay for the item to be posted to their supplier, so they do everything wrong and insist that I pay for the item to be posted to THEIR SUPPLIER, I've never known anything like it, they've also stated that if I take down my previous review that they will send me the necessary labels to post it to their supplier who needs to check that the item that wouldn't fit my bike isn't damaged, I've previously emailed them a picture with a tape measure evidencing the size as being too large.
I've now had to resort to using a small claims court to deal with the matter which will involve them being issued with a CCJ if they don't refund the money. I have noticed another person complaining about their poor customer service and they've replied that they sell thousands of items without complaints, so I guess that negates the need for good customer service when there is a problem.
