Didn't sell my campervan. The 90 days are just about up. Used there recommened price and also dropped the price half way through. Don't think they did anything to try and sell it other than list it. heard nothing from the person trying to sell it other than two emails which where in responce to me chasing hime for an update. When i said i wouldn't be renewing didn't get a responce other than a generic email with a video of how much it would cost to keep the campervan another year.

**Sorry i had one email from the seller 6 weeks in suggesting to reduce the price to help sell it.

**They are also listing it as if they had sold my campervan. Would be interesting to know how many they have actually sold.

Chris Byers runs his motorhome sales business flawlessly in my opinion. He doesn't leave a stone unturned in every process from viewing to final sale. Very friendly, genuine and professional. Chris picked me up from my home in the North East of Scotland to take me to the location of the motorhome for the final sale so I didn't have to arrange my own transport. Great service. Also he explained how the heating, water, waste water, gas, electrics, toilet, etc etc worked and is very knowledable on motorhomes and campervans. Thank you Chris. Dealing with Chris to sell my campervan was a stress free process. He's very knowledgeable on the function of all systems. i.e. gas, water, electrics & heating.
When dealing with buyer he's 100% transparent, what I particularly liked was the way he asked questions to the buyer, i.e. " Are happy with way I've shown & explained how the hotel water system work?" etc. This enables the buyer to make their descion to buy with full knowledge that all systems work as designed & are fit for purpose. Couldn’t fault the service at all. This is the most expensive vehicle we’ve ever bought, we were naturally a little nervous about handing over so much money, but everything went perfectly with no problems at all.

This is our first proper campervan/motorhome, so having Chris there to explain and demonstrate how everything works was incredibly helpful. He covered things we wouldn’t even have thought to ask about, which gave us confidence that the van is exactly right.

We also compared the van with others for sale around the UK and the price seemed very fair.
