Some one rang me with a good offer after looking for break down cover also added a discount so I went for it

To be honest not had a breakdown yet renewed today same price as last year so I’m happy so easy to renew and call answered quickly thanku

I took out an annual cover for my van ( Renault master) I then paid for the extra cover to cover me for my smaller van (Vauxhall combo).but when my small van broke down on Christmas eve 2025 I called to be towed to my mechanic. They said that I couldn't be towed as my vehicle was showing as commercial however it is just a personal van for nipping about. What I don't understand is why they accepted my payment for the cover as you need to put in the registration plate when taking out the policy anyway so why take my money if they aren't going to pick me up. So that was me stranded on Christmas eve with a 2 year old. Still fuming that's why I decided to leave an honest review. Just be careful when taking out the policy.

It is difficult to write a review on sighning up but if your assistance is required and is better than the recent issue i had with the RAC, it will be a bonus.
