Although I didn't buy a car from this garage, I couldn't fault the guys customer service. Being over 2 hours away from this garage we chatted through WhatsApp, replied quickly to my messages. Answerd all my question and did me a detailed walk around of the vehicle I was interested in. Unfortunately we couldn't agree on a price so went else where, definitely worth looking into what this guy has. 5* for his customer service.

I’ve waited until now to write this review!

I cannot warn you enough about this garage!! We bought a Ford Ranger (Blue 64 plate) from them and within the first 24hours we broke down and required RAC recovery. The following day we heard a grinding in the engine, we kept the garage informed with everything and to be honest they were nice over text. Nice in the garage and nice when we returned the car within 5 days and advised us not to worry they will refund after an inspection, that’s when it became ridiculous and very concerning. They took 16 days to get the car inspected, then a further 9 days for the report, which identified that “we bumped the car which caused all the issues” the issues we reported included, the car smoking, the rear shutter not working, rear lights not working, inconsistent revs, lack of power.

With this being their outcome we had no legal right to a refund, however 3 months later we was able to get a refund as they were refusing an independent inspection, not returning calls to my finance, and we had enough evidence to be in our favour which proved that we had done nothing wrong except trust this shoddy garage!

Whilst the Ranger was still owned by us, and in their care, they put the car back on the market for £300 more than we purchased it for, we had a friend call them and ask if it’s available which it was, we mentioned this to the finance then the following day it was taken down. How can you sell a car you’ve not refunded someone for haha

They took our old car (red VW EOS) part ex and put the price up 3.5k which is fine but shows that they are overpriced.

Take this review as a warning not to buy from here. I’m glad that 3 months without a car we have finally picked up our new car and very happy with it. A big F U to Motorlink!

Do not use this company , bad service , bad after sale service . Do not live up to there AA dealer promise .

This garage changes its name so often it is a surprise what they’ve gone and done now. The team of fraudsters ‘bankrupted/wrote off’ all their previous companies - tax dodging and ripping off their previous customers - ALL ‘LIMITED’ COMPANIES: PHOENIX CARS OF LEICESTER LIMITED / QUANTUM CARS OF LEICESTER LIMITED / FETCH CARS LIMITED / THE RIGHT CARS LIMITED. Now they brought in a few lads which have a built a good company name, letting them use the land so that they can use the lads GOOD COMPANY NAME, to keep doing their dodgy car dealings through. These con artists have decades of experience in ripping customers off and avoiding tax, check out previous company reviews and details. They should be arrested and banned from trading.
