Called up and spoke to Alan H who was friendly, professional and helpful. I was looking for support regarding cars for my daughter in law. Alan supported us to navigate their website to search for cars within the budget and see what they had available and arranged for us to come in.
Once we came on site, the sale rep Alex was beyond helpful, getting cars out for her to test drive.
Both Alan and Alex were excellent representatives for the company and we felt comfortable and happy throughout the experience and my daughter in law got a fantastic car.

I'm delighted with the Mini Countryman and the service offered by Harris.
I wanted a Mini Countryman I had found through the website, which wasn't for sale on our first visit. Harris was friendly, very knowledgeable and had excellent advice. He made sure my car was both MOT'd and serviced and spotless prior to me picking the car up. He gave me a thorough demonstration of the mini's dashboard, paired up my phone and selected & favourited DAB radio BBC6MUSIC for me, & home address into the Navigation.Speaking with Harris and searching the Motor Range website helped me get exactly what I was looking for. Excellent job definitely 5 star- thank you Harris you made it a fun, smooth process. We'll be back again.

Really great cars on sale and such wonderful staff. Andrei and Stephen K were absolutely brilliant, so friendly and helpful and the process was very quick and easy. Definitely recommend.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Motor Range. I was interested in a silver Hyundai Ioniq 5 (Registration: WK22 XWA) listed on their website. On Wednesday, I received an email confirmation from a online sales representative named Sophie, explicitly stating that the vehicle was "available and onsite at the Bootle branch (L30 6YW)".
Based on this official confirmation, my friend and I travelled all the way from Warrington to their Liverpool (Bootle) showroom on Saturday, specifically to view and test drive this car. However, upon arrival, the onsite sales team told us the car was not there at all, but was actually located at their Manchester branch.
To make matters worse, when I tried to follow up regarding viewing the car at the Manchester branch, I was suddenly told that the vehicle had been "sold".
This is a classic "Bait and Switch" tactic—advertising a high-spec vehicle at an attractive price as a decoy to lure customers into the showroom, only to tell them it's unavailable. It was a complete waste of our time, effort, and fuel. Very dishonest business practice. I would highly recommend buyers to avoid Motor Range and look for more reputable main dealers instead.

Only popped in to view some cars and Guy was such an fantastic sales person, and I ended up buying a car on the day. Guy has been amazing throughout the whole experience. The whole team at MotorRange are just amazing, so attestation and friendly, they do so much for the community too, so what is not too love about this place.

Andrei's customer service was absolutely fantastic! He sorted all issues quickly and efficiently he was extremely helpful. Very friendly and patient with me making it easier and me feel more at ease and got everything done that needed doing for me to walk away in a time period shorter than expected. He even went the extra mile. Absolutely outstanding service!

I have recently part exchanged my old car and purchased a new one through motor range. I had an excellent experience which was a smooth and easy process for whenever I was ready to purchase. Staff were friendly and reliable in particular Matt who got everything ready and sorted with my car. Highly recommend.
