Motor Range - Liverpool レビュー

I had an absolutely outstanding experience with Motor Range from start to finish. The level of customer service was truly extraordinary and exceeded all our expectations.
A special thank you to Jason W, who was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He made everything straightforward and stress-free, taking the time to answer all my questions and ensuring we found the perfect car.
I'd also like to thank Stephen K from the finance department. He was excellent to deal with—friendly, efficient, and clear in explaining all the finance options available. He made the paperwork process seamless and easy to understand.
They both made me and my wife feel right at home and it was place where we felt like we belonged. From start to finish the experience felt like we already knew these two amazing guys it was just laughter after laughter.
The whole team at Motor Range made buying a car an enjoyable experience. I would highly recommend Motor Range to anyone looking for exceptional customer service and a hassle-free car-buying journey. Thank you again, Jason and Stephen!

Amazing and extremely helpful.
Jamie and Stephen karoui extremely helpful and had the best guidance.

My experience couldn’t have been better, my advisor was Andrei and he couldn’t have been more helpful. He was on hand for all of my enquiries in or out of the office he made sure I was happy with each decision that was made. Thanks so so much

The rep George was very helpful and assisted us to get a great deal.

Matt and John have been fab! Thanyou

Tommy was so helpful and made my experience great.

He made the transition smooth and has great customer service.

Excellent service at Motor range last night, I met with Andrei and he broke down all the different options and spent a long time walking around viewing different cars and allowing me to test drive multiple models. I didn't feel rushed in any way and really enjoyed the process

When I chose my car I then proceeded through the paperwork with Andrei who again was excellent and broke everything down with complete autonomy.

After this we were passed onto the finance and met with manager Ste who was absolutely hilarious and professional also - to say it was memorable is an understatement, we were laughing our heads off throughout and felt very comfortable

This doesn't take away how good ste was at breaking the financials down and ensured we were happy with the final product before proceeding. Funny funny man. (37 years old too)

The team made us feel very welcome and I am really happy we visited this store and will be returning in future for my future purchases.

Enquiry made was dealt with by a very helpful member of staff called Remi who had all the answers to my enquiry. Thank you.

Remi was super helpful and helped me get the best deal on my Golf

I called Motor Range on 8th June and spoke to Remi. I enquired about a BMW with a wet clutch. She new exactly what she was talking about. Thank you Remi

No hard selling. After a rep introduces themselves and checks what you're looking for, they then direct you to those specific type of cars and leave you to browse in peac. They just advise you to go back to them if you find anything you're interested in.
You get a decent part ex offer too. When you collect the car, it has been thoroughly cleaned and checked. It's all extremely professional with excellent customer service and lovely staff. It's all completed as quickly as you'd like, if it's possible. I'm a returning customer and I'd say I'll go back over and over again.

Would like to commend the young lady I spoke to at the Liverpool branch. Her name was Sophie, and she was so friendly and professional, furnishing me with all the information and advice I required. Definitely an asset to your team!
