I HAVE BEEN LOOKING AT A CAR AT MOTORS TODAY CAR DEALERS IN UPTON WIRRAL AND ALTHOUGH I DIDN’T IN THE END BUY THE CAR, I FELT IT APPROPRIATE TO COMMENT FAVOURABLY ON THE ATTENTIVE AND PLEASURABLE HANDLING OF THE SITUATION BY DAVE GREGORY AT THE COMPOANY. HE WAS BOTH UNDERSTANDING & ATTENTIVE AND WAS ABLE TO OFFER ADMIRABLE PRE-DELIVERY OFFERS AND ASSISTANCE WITHOUT “OVERSELLING” THE VEHICLE. AS MY PRESENT CAR HAS JUST PASSED ITS MOT; HAD NEW BRAKE PADS AND 4 NEW TYRES. I FEEL MY CAR HAS SOME MILES LEFT UNDER THE BONNET. HOWEVER I WILL MOST DEFINITELY AND SERIOUSLY WILL MAKE MOTORS TODAY, MY FIRST PORT OF CALL WHEN I DO GET AROUND TO CHANGING MY CAR.

With a poor track record of car purchases from car dealers I was bracing myself for the inevitable pain. However, this was nothing of the sort. Pleasantly surprised. Customer services and communication throughout was excellent, I was talked through the car preparation process step by step with status updates along the way. Any questions I had about the vehicle were quickly answered and modifications I’d requested were organised without a fuss. Ryan and the team were really professional and personable, would highly recommend for a pain free car buying experience

We 100% recommend Motors Today for buying a car. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and trustworthy and the car was reasonably priced. The communication around the sale and the car delivery were excellent. It was also a quick turn around which we appreciated. Thank you!

As a business run by a family

Very friendly staff, knowledgeable and accommodating. I travelled nearly 2.5hours to get to them and they couldn’t have been more helpful. Very reasonable prices for part exchange. Definitely would recommend them!

I recently bought my BMW X1 from Motors Today and had a great experience from start to finish. Ryan and Dave handled everything and were both excellent to deal with. Their approach was calm, straightforward, and never pushy – which I really appreciated.

Found The Salesman Dave Gregory Very Pleasant & Easy to Deal With in a Nice Laid Back Relaxed Environment. Only Had The Vehicle a Few Days & Not Really Used it Yet but So far So Good . There was a Few Faults With The Vehicle I Noted on Viewing Which the Garage Promised to Resolve & True to their Word They Did . Excellent all Round Service I Would Recommend Motors Today & Would Definitely Use Them again if the Situation Arose.

Beening a family business

I don’t normally take the time to write reviews but on this occasion I’ve made an exception,
I’ve just purchased my second car from Dave at Motors Today and it was genuinely a great experience. Nothing was to much trouble and everything he said he would do he did, which was massively appreciated.
I believe it’s a family run business and you can tell, the atmosphere is relaxed and there’s no high pressure selling, just nice cars at decent prices.
