Ordered the rainbow cheese boxes. Waited patiently for my delivery.
As far as I was aware it hadn't come. A week later my husband came in from his shed with a box. It was my cheese. No delivery notifications or notes to say where it was, and the shed is round the back and we hardly use it at all.
Good job it was a very cold spell at the time, or it would all of been wasted. Didn't ring to complain, because I'd complained before about an order and they were quite rude. I won't be buying from them again.

Great cheese at fantastic price.
Ordered 2 rainbow boxes dates on cheese was not good.
Two cheese had 1 day on it and the longest was 4 weeks not what you want to give has a present.
I've had many orders and the last 2 i have had trouble with dates.
Phoned customer service was told its best before and I could freeze them.Was given a 10 pound voucher but not really what I wanted. I use to get my cheese from chucking cheese a little more expensive but had no problems

Great variety of flavours. Always a good use by date. Speedy delivery.

Bought two gift boxes of multiple flavours. This is the 3rd time I've purchased products from Mouse House and each time we've been delighted with the flavours, the quality of the products and the quick delivery.

The cheese is always lovely. Had to order more for my dad. As we all like it. Delivery is good.

I ordered a gift set of cheese for my brother in laws birthday.
The cheese was well presented and packed . It was promptly shipped.
The cheese & crackers were well received and my brother in law loved them.
I would highly recommend this company.
The cheeses I had were delicious especially the caramelised onion cheddar one

I played an order on the 13th December chased it a couple of times with no responce other than tha automated acknowledgment, waste of £44 this lot seem like scammers not cheese merchants!!

I visited London in December. I bought your cheese and I absolutely love all if them. Well, the 4 that I bought. They are eaten and I want to order more. The Orange was my favorite. Coukd you please let me know how I coukd order? I can't find a phone number. Do you service the USA??

I can't praise the cheese enough, the finest vintage is divine! Had a small problem with a delivery over Xmas, contacted Maria and she sent out replacements that arrived the very next morning! First class, I will definitely be ordering again. Thank you guys!

We recently bought a box of 4 cheeses through QVC for Christmas. We were so impressed by the quality and variety that we purchased a box of 7 cheeses through Amazon. Everything went smoothly until Royal Mail got involved and failed miserably to deliver the cheeses. I contacted The Mouse House and spoke to Marie. Despite this problem being no fault of theirs, they were extremely helpful and sent out a replacement pack immediately. Not only are the cheeses of excellent quality, the customer service is also excellent. We will definitely be back for more! The Mouse House should be very proud!

Absolutely appalling customer service. I paid for an order on the 13th December. I rang for an update, I was told it would arrive the 19th. I rang again on the 23rd, to be told it hadn’t been sent. Special delivery was supposed to arrive Christmas Eve, but of course it never arrived. Eventually received on the 27th. Not inclined to eat it, as not sure where it had been sitting for three days. I rang, to be told it would be ok to eat or put it in the freezer and get out when needed. This was an order that was for a Christmas party. Not even an apology, shocking.

I purchased 3 cheese selection boxes as gifts for Christmas. They never arrived. I emailed them two days before Christmas and they said that the order was being sent by express delivery. The tracking number didn't exist and they never arrived. They owe me £80! It meant that 3 family members didn't get their gifts. I have emailed them again about my refund and they have not replied. From the amount of negative reviews the whole thing looks like fraud. I am pursuing this further! Don't buy from this company!

Placed an order back in November, order didnt arrive as stated in delivery email. Got in touch with the company who then promised it in time for Xmas (numerous times) - kept stating that it was due for delivery and still no sign of it and then blaming it on the Royal Mail
Delivery arrived xmas eve morning, however only one part of the order correct out of 5 items ordered for xmas. missing three gift boxes that were intended as presents for xmas and 12 squeaks of Christmas (12 cheeses leading up to xmas) missing 6 of its squeaks -/take it the mice had them!!!
Still waiting for a response from the company if they reply at all. Was absolutely fuming. Don’t normally write reviews.
give company’s benefit of the doubt. but being given false promises all through December leading up to Christmas treatment has been sub standard of anything I have experienced before.
Cheeses might be of the highest quality but experience has left a bitter taste in the mouth. Will never buy from this company ever again. And would urge people not to buy from them. Use an alternate company

I received one of these hampers myself, and was over the moon with it, so I decided to use them as for gifts for family and friends. I did order by the deadline for Christmas delivery, however, one of the hampers was not delivered until after the Christmas period, which was disappointing. All of those who received the hampers were very happy with them, and I would use the company again, but make sure to order well before their deadline.

What a bunch of liars!!’ Mouse House more like Rat House!! My £40 Christmas Order which was for Christmas Day guests and as part Christmas Present is now due for delivery on the 27th - you said it had gone Special Delivery and I’d get it before Christmas. Lies, lies, lies!!! You tried to deliver it 27.12.24 which was too late, refused it and sent back! I have also reversed my payment via my Bank. Untrustworthy company that I will never use again!!

My first order but most definitely not my last order.
The Christmas cheeses were so very yummy and enjoyed by all our festive guests and family.
The Festive Tree along with the Festive Star and Christmas Pudding cheeses were simply delicious and mouthwatering
I honestly cannot remember the last time I enjoyed cheeses like The Mouse House Cheeses, I cannot wait to order further delicious delights.

Lovely cheese, purchased on QVC and fell in love with the truffle cheese, unfortunately I cannot find it on their website so hoping it isn't a limited addition as I love it. If you come across it and like truffle, you need k try it!!!!
