After ordering my item I did not receive any shipping confirmation. Waited 10 days and contacted them to get an update: they replied the item was out of stock but that they had moved the item from a long-term storage warehouse to their order fulfillment logistics center, asking to wait just few days. After another 5 days I had to ask for a refund because the item was not available. They don't know what they are doing. Waste of time!

Ordered, no confirmation email or dispatch notice. Waited a week before contacting for an update, they said my order had shipped and will be with me in the coming days and that there will be an email on Monday. Nothing received, contacted again without reply. Contacted again after a further 4 days to be advised that there was a problem with availability and advised to buy another specific item that they had. I asked for a refund.

Waste of time don't even know what they have in stock placed an order that said it would ship within 48 hours a week goes by and I get it refund.

Februari 2025 een masker besteld. Deze was niet leverbaar en werd een alternatief aangeboden. Op die mail werd snel gereageerd.
Alternatief is niet wat ik zocht dus gevraagd om betaalde aankoop terug te storten. Toen was het opeens erg stil. Nadien nog verschillende mail gestuurd, maar antwoord bleef uit.
Aangezien ik na oktober nog steeds niets heb gehoord en geen geld teruggestort heb gekregen: tijd voor een negatieve beoordeling.
Wellicht wordt er nu wel snel gereageerd?

I bought a Rrd front wing for my foil. I was nervous because there were some bad comments on trustpilot, and the price was good in compare with other websites, but everything worked fine. I receive the product pretty fast, and they respond my messages on their webchat always, not that fast but always.

Rack pads are good. This was the only place I saw that had what I wanted. The only negative thing was shipping was a bit slow. In the age of Amazon, getting an item 2 weeks plus after ordering it seems weird. And not much communication unless you email them. Once it ships, lots of tracking info comes to you.

Excellent service and great product

I received the dive watch I ordered at a great on sale price but even though it said it was in stock it didn’t ship until two and a half weeks later. If you don’t mind waiting a little longer for your order I would recommend this shop.

MOVESEA’s customer service is unresponsive, and their order system is unreliable. If you need something by a specific time -or want basic transparency- shop elsewhere. I would never trust this company again. It is a waste of time, trust me- no matter how appealing the price is… what does it even matter if the product never arrives? Save yourself a headache and shop anywhere else.

Well, the first day I put it on, I left my driver window open and we had a downpour rain. When I came back to my car, there was a 2 inch puddle on the seat cover!! But the seat underneath was completely dry!!

The order did take a little long to ship, but appreciate that we can continue to order equipment that is rarely available in US any longer. Thank you.
