MoverJet Logistics レビュー

Easy, cheap, no empty promises.
Car was delivered in 2 days from Luisiana to south Florida.

Communication with Ann at MoverJet was great. The deposit was not charged until a driver was booked and the driver communicated well for the pick up and delivery

I had never transported a vehicle before so I was nervous about the entire process. Ann kept me posted on what to expect and everything went according to plan. We did not have a time constraint so we had flexibility with pick up and arrival time.

Prompt and easy! The same day car pick up arrangement was completed within 2 hrs.

I worked with Will, who was very attentive and happy to answer all of my questions before I even commited to having my car shipped. He gave me all of my options and was very helpful with updates and checks in after the car has been picked up and delivered!

The driver picked up on time and delivered on time. He was very professional .

Ann from Mover Jet was excellent to work with. Great communication, responded quickly and answered all my questions. The carrier she booked with was also excellent. Car delivered on time and with no issues.

Bella was prompt to respond, whether day or night. I was negotiating between two different car dealers in two different states, and wanted the vehicle transported ASAP. With so many moving parts, I must've asked for four different quotes. Not only that, but between so many car dealership contacts, it was on several occasions I sent errant notes to Bella meant for dealer... she was extremely patient and courteous every time.

Best of all, from contract signing with MoverJet to unloading the vehicle at my destination was less than 48 hours. Vehicle was clean, driver was courteous and careful.... A+ for MoverJet, and more specifically for Bella— wonderful experience start to finish!

We had a great experience with Adam. He communicated well throughout the whole process and got our car to us in a timely manner as promised. Will surely recommend him for future business.

Ann made me feel safe and secure in our choice to use moverjet. This was our first time moving our daughter’s car for her move from Tampa to Connecticut. 100% on time and made to feel safe with our choice. Awesome communication all the way!

Adam provided excellent service! Quick response to emails and he made the transport of my 5th wheel from central California to west Texas seamless.

Bella was great to work with. He stayed on top of it all and worked hard to find a carrier. Moved a car from CA to MT and everything was as it should be.

Initially I was scared about shipping my car across the country. But I heard from two friends who had recently used this service and could vouch for MoverJet.

MoverJet Logistics made the shipping process easy, explained all the steps clearly, gave a detailed breakdown of the fees and checked in every day with me to ensure my car had arrived safely.

The process of getting my car to SoCal to Northern California was seamless. Even though I did not have an exact date to ship, Liza Brooks was constantly checking in to see if I needed anything. She was able to answer any questions I had and was able to make the necessary updates when I needed to alter my plans. I will use them again if I ever have to move.

Used moverjet to transport a 2025 Camry from Alabama to Washington State. Original quote came in 500-600 cheaper than any other quote. Once it was as dispatch a counteroffer came in $200 higher. Which to me was perfectly fine. Still came in cheaper than any other quote I received. When counter offer came in it gave me a confirmed pick up date. Which they were happy to add to the new contract. Delivery happened 5 days later. Will from moverjet always got back to me when I had a question. The driver of transport had all his paperwork in order when I asked to check. Our car made it in the same condition it was given to transport. And since it was new I was very happy about that. I would absolutely recommend. If you need an exact pick up date because of timing I would suggest you pay the much high rates that are out there. You get a pickup window I believe it was 5 days. We were fexiable with ours and if you read the contract then you will fully understand that. Moving can be expensive so we were willing to save where we could.

I arranged to have my car shipped months in advance. It was supposed to be picked up yesterday and now they are telling me I am their top priority, but still no driver. I am flying out NYC to retrieve the car tomorrow. This has become rather expensive and difficult relying on this company. Be careful. I deleted all the other carriers I contacted and I am now in lurch.

I was so much worried how to transport my suv from New Jersy to Michigan, after so many hassle I got moverjet and the man behind the phone Mr Wil was way much supportive. I got all the updates through mail and there was detailed instruction, quotation. About the carrier, they did outstanding job.I am just impressed,I will recommend anyone who want to transport their vehicle in future.

MoverJet was responsive and ready to find a carrier when I was. Bella was very helpful and transparent.

The agent was very professional and follow up with me on every step of the process.
