I’ve used them several times because their prices are good, but I’ve had many problems with them.
1. They delivered my car to the wrong address in Florida. Super inconvenient for me to find it.
2. The driver picking up my car in Michigan had me come to a busy main road on a snowy day for pick up even after I told them where he should meet me.
3. They charged my credit card on file without asking me if that was ok.
4. They gave me the wrong delivery day and told me it was “impossible” to know when the driver could deliver even thought he was already on route.
They should know exactly where their drivers are but for some reason they don’t.
Their communication is absolutely terrible with too many people involved in the shipping process.

Had a great experience with MoverJet! Valerie and her team were highly responsive and handled things very professionally. Would use again.

Spoke with Michael through the entire process, and he helped me out tremendously. Had a few delays regarding the transportation of my vehicle, and I wish that he communicated a little better regarding the entire process. Other than that, my vehicle was transported safely and a fair cost in terms of the distance of the trip. Will definitely be contacting again for another vehicle if need be.

Ann was very helpful right from the start to end. She answered questions patiently and also helped me contact the delivery company when needed.
Pickup and delivery were on time and no damage was incurred to the vehicle in transit.
Overall, would strongly recommend using them!

It was a smooth and easy process. I was in contact with Ann and she made things simple from start to finish. She got me in contact with a driver - once I agreed to his rate (which was reasonable) and followed up throughout the entire process to make sure everything went right. Ann even checked in once the process was complete…would definitely use this company again.

I noticed unprofessional practices that made me feel uncomfortable doing business with them. I do not recommend this service. They give one price first and then change it.

I believe this broker lacks transparency. The information regarding costs and processes doesn't match what they initially promised. They gave me one price at the beginning and then raised the fee.

The most amazing service, employees and prices! They communicated and accommodated my very weird situation, waited an extra 15 hours for my car to be ready!!!! And delivered it with no issues BEFORE the estimated time. Every customer service rep was respectful, responsive and helpful! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICES!!

From the moment the shipment was scheduled until after the delivery was completed, he maintained constant communication, ensuring that every step went smoothly. From Start to Finish, great experience. I worked with Ann Summers who made this whole process a breeze from start to finish. Following up when I hadnt responded within a few days to make sure I still needed transport to making sure all the questions that I had were answered clearly with as much information as possible. After the contract was signed Ann made sure to give me updates on the status of the transport until a driver was found. She made sure that I had all the resources I needed to make sure that I was comfortable with everything and ensured a smooth delivery of my motorcycle.
Cannot recommend Ann enough to anyone looking to ship their bike or car, she will make sure that everything is taken care with the utmost professionalism.

I had an excellent experience working with Michel! He helped me transport my car from New Jersey to North Carolina, and everything went perfectly. Michel was very professional, responsive, and honest throughout the whole process. He kept me updated, answered all my questions, and made sure the pickup and delivery went smoothly. The car arrived on time and in perfect condition, exactly as promised. I really appreciated his clear communication and reliability.

When I first contacted your company I appreciated the personable help and information I received from Liza.
After booking your services it was so helpful to receive the continuing updates on acquiring transport for my vehicle. The whole process went smoothly and was arranged quite quickly.
Liza texted me frequently during the process. If I had questions, she was in contact with me very quickly. Even after pickup she kept me informed about the ETA.

Very unhappy with the way this company handled my transport, my initial quote was for $350 to transport from Carlsbad to San Jose, I asked Liza if it was a firm quote because I did not want any surprises, she then says $400 is a firm quote and I reiterated “will it change or is that a solid quote” and she reassures me that yes it is a firm quote so I sign a contract for $400. The day before they are to pick up my car she tells me it’s going to be $550! On such short notice I have no choice and have to go through with it, she books it and then transporter is 2 days late! She also tells me that I will be updated throughout the transport but I had to call the transporter company myself for updates, I will be processing a charge back with my credit card for the deposit/up front fee to them, extremely unhappy with the way this was handled but I have found out when shopping around that ALL transport company are shysters, they are only brokers and do not transport themselves, thus the lowball bids to suck you in then bait and switch you a day before once it’s too late for the customer to make other arrangements, I will never transport another vehicle again. As for the transporter themselves, they were pretty good.
