Always a pleasure to deal with movie figures staff are extremely helpful and understanding. I was away and missed the email as I didn’t have data so I contacted them a few days later and they were very understanding paid for my product and within a couple of days it was at my doorstep.

Absolutely spot on! The whole experience was seamless and straightforward. Fantastic service. Item was securely, professionally packed and arrived in mint condition, including the box. Delivery took 24 hours. My advice was followed to the letter and I was promptly informed about dispatch and delivery times. The figure i bought was damaged and they replaced it within a couple of weeks .

I have used Movie Figures 5 times now in the UK, 3 high value Hot Toys pre-orders and 2 smaller Mass Effect dark horse statues.

Out of the 3 pre-orders, I have received 2 in great timing, I imagine it is the second batch - so just a couple of months after Hong Kong release. Which is fine by me, as a pre-order is a specific order on buyers behalf. The 3rd is yet to be released on Hong Kong yet, but anticipation is building.

For all orders, they are expertly and securely packed and delivery has been no issue.

Will continue to purchase from them.

Very happy with my order. Speedy delivery (within times stated) and well packaged. Never had a need to complain about Movie Figures service.

Just got the Hot Toys Wolverine Deluxe Edition from Deadpool and Wolverine. This was the first time I’ve ordered from Movie Figures, the figure was about £30 cheaper than other outlets and was free delivery in the UK, all in I paid £379:99. Before I ordered I spoke with a member of staff who was really helpful, I was notified as soon as the figure was available for dispatch, I originally ordered the Wolverine on preorder and was given the choice to pay in full or pay a small deposit, I chose to pay in full. It arrived in perfect condition on the date given and was packed perfectly. I’ve been collecting figures for over 30 years and I’m very picky when it comes to ordering online but I’ll definitely be ordering from Movie Figures again in the future. Fantastic value and friendly staff 10 out of 10 service.

Above and beyond, dispatch was very quick after payment went through. Communication was great to let me know the product had arrived in stock.
