I purchased a couple items a few months ago. When they arrived (quite quickly) I found I had received one TV series correct and one movie that was wrong movie.
It took a number of e mails back and forth but Joe got it corrected. He told be to keep wrong movie, but I shipped it back. Took awhile to write review as I saw they were rebuilding site. Thanks Joe

I purchased 24 the complete series on Blu Ray, I decided to binge watch the series but when I got to disc 6 of season 6. It turned out to be disc 4 of the Lone Ranger tv series. I contacted Joe to get a replacement disc and we are 3 months into this nightmare. On their website it states that they would be happy to replace defective disc. Out of the 5 times that Joe was to supposed to have sent the replacement disc to me , only one showed up and it was the same disc issue. That one I did get a tracking number. The other he claims to have sent out the replacement disc. I got no tracking number. Joe even Bragg's about "being in business 10 years and a couple of dissatisfied customer experiences , so what they are not going anywhere "

Great customer service And friendly staff. Items are delivered on time and they carefully package each item. In short moviesrusa remains awesome while streaming services help a beached whale make it to shore and hire a photographer to manage their selfies.

I ordered a movie I never thought I'd find Shelly Long's version of Freaky Friday which I didn't know if it was on a DVD. I was scared it would be really bad quality, but it was good. I wish the price was a little less though for something I will watch once.

Movies R USA is totally unresponsive to inquiries, and does not provide sufficient and accurate product descriptions in their listings. They are not flexible to customer issues and are incongruent in their return policy vs their actual practices. Their restocking fee is "up to 50%". They charged me for the same item twice and claimed I made the transaction.
Updated Feb.4th 2023: I noticed one positive review on the website. it reads almost like an exact copy and paste from the content of moviesrusa.net. Customers, look it up and see for yourself. You'll see what I mean. It was actually written by "Joe", the one who supposed owns moviesrusa.net, esp. about the "be polite and they will resolve your issue" phrase. Word for word. Creepy, isn't it, how sneaky some scammers operate?
UPDATE Feb.7th,2023: Joe, owner of MoviesRUSA.net is b.s. customer service, continues to scam me by charging me for duplicates, not accepting a return. Movies R USA is the definition of business hypocrisy and deceptive moral ethics in practice. BUYER BEWARE!

I bought a double DVD of a Broadway play from Movies R USA. Such an awful DVD! Basically someone from the audience is secretly recording the play. The camera keeps tilting, dropping, you see people’s heads. And the whole picture isn’t even straight! The sound is horrible!

Paid 71 USD incl. international shipping.

DON‘T waste your money!

I’ve seen some negative reviews about this site, many comments are Incorrect. This company is not a scam, and has distribution rights to all material sold. They do NOT use Stickers on their discs, they print images directly to the disc itself.
It is true that many discs do not have menus or scene selections, because it may not be available for that particular item, but this company’s content is produced from the highest resolution possible.
With the issues of the worlds supply chain, I have noticed that some sleeves have been printed on regular paper cut to size due to gloss paper not being available at that time... but then again, I have also seen high end gloss paper used.

Not a Big Deal unless you are a Collector. And if you are, look for items in an auction or something. These items are made on demand. It says so right on their page! READ.

These people giving negative reviews need to give hard working small business’s a break. This company does the best they can to create happy customers. I am one of them!
I certainly have had no major issues with my purchases, and when I did have a Minor issue, I emailed them POLITELY, and they have taken care of my issue, or explained why my item was the way it was. One time I was missing an item from my order, and they sent it out priority. I received it in 2 days. I get it, people aren't perfect.
I would rather buy from a small company, than a conglomerate, that only cares about money.

Yes, they are Legit, and Yes, they have all licensing rights to material distributed.

The discs all played, but most unfortunately lack chapters for navigation and have ugly low resolution, basically useless "menus". The cases are legit, but the covers are crap. They actually appear to have nice custom cover designs as a base, so it's a real shame they print them in terrible quality on regular paper, then roughly cut them to size. For the price, I expected better, and have gotten a lot better, pro looking covers, from other sellers where they obviously see that as part of the value people are after. The "complete" TV show I ordered was stretched from 4:3 to 16:9, so basically unwatchable trash and was the most expensive item in my order leaving me feeling burned. I did inquire about a possible replacement, but was told they have no control over it with no offer of a credit or any other resolution. On a couple discs, "What About Bob?" & "Rookie of the Year" the quality was low grade and my ~4gb rips off the internet looked better with less compression artifacts by comparison. I thought I hit the jackpot with this store, and to their credit, the discs played and most at high quality, but I think you're better off buying elsewhere from sellers that value the total package since not having skippable chapters, a decent menu, and most importantly... a nice cover for our collections is a deal breaker, and that doesn't even account for the aspect ratio or quality issue on 1/4 of my order. I assume anyone buying these is a collector looking for digital exclusives to have on their shelf at the best quality available, so its a shame to get such a poor looking product that is a bit hit or miss. These are not cheap and they should do better for what they charge imo.

They a fraud the disc do work but the covers on the disc are just stickers the discs are burned go on bluray.com most of the movies they sell was never even made on a Blu-ray Disc
