Number one, they FINALLY allow you to report people. But if you get mad at them for scamming you, you get punished. It's not even worth it to me to use this app anymore. Not to mention being hacked into!

WORST experience of my life, untrustworthy, misleading and rude.
I live in Sydney and my 87 yr old mother in Brisbane, I contracted imove to pick up my mother's belongings to relocate her to Sydney as she has been unwell.
It was a back load but even so, we were left waiting in a hotel for 3 days for pickup. Communication was terrible and we had to leave my mother's belongings there as we had flights booked. Eventually they picked up most of her stuff but not all, when load arrived in Sydney the driver wouldn't wait 15-20 mins to unload at storage facility and returned load to there base. Even though they kept us waiting 4 days. They charged us another $400 to bring her belongings back to the storage facility 4 days later, even when against my will we agreed on $300, they tried charging $500 and wouldn't unload until payment was made.
Customer service person hung up on my husband and he was very calm but they just didn't want to know.
So we were charged all these additional costs or they wouldn't release my sick mother's belongings.
Shame on them!!!
