We watched listings from many different companies for years. We were looking for a home near my elderly parents. Movoto’s website seemed to be the most informative. When a home was available next door one contact resulted in fast response and action. The purchase process we easy and fast.

After my house burnt down killing my dad and destroying everything I owned and putting me in the hospital for a while I started looking and for months there was only one house I liked at all in my range. I nearly bought it from Redfin who were great, but then somehow Movoto took over and did not seem like they were on my side like Redfin did and then they sold the house to someone else without even allowing me to make a bid. I think his name was John on the phone very heartless, impersonal, and as I understand now, dishonest also.

Our agent was responsive and flexible to accommodate our schedules, and continued to provide help with finding services we needed after the closing.

Had a house in Coatesville that i really wanted and was negotiating with Kyle who said others were making offers. Then he suddenly sold it without even giving me a chance to counter offer.

I had a very good experience with the agent Dilenia Morales, she was professional, efficient and we worked well together.

Cheryl Yohai has to be the best real estate agent ever. If I could give her a 10 star rating I would. She went above and beyond everything you could expect. Although buying a new home can be a very frustrating and disappointing event, I knew Cheryl was doing her very best to make it a pleasant experience for me. I had two homes before the one I purchased that I really thought I wanted badly. Right now I couldn’t imagine myself anywhere but where I am. She was so patient I was always there when you needed her. Thank you, Cheryl for all your efforts and friendship.

Helpful, I was guided every step of the way. The Agent explained every think as we encounter the experience. From the first meet, right up to and through the closing. I don't think I would have made the purchase wo that step by step support....

As first time home buyers it was very scary to start buying a home when we know nothing about it. We didn’t have much family support or any guidance. We tried few agents and it just didn’t seem like the had our best interests in mind. Then I picked up the phone and got Colleen Basinski on sheer luck. It only did she have the ur best interest at hand, she looked out for what my boys need, and would point out things that aren’t worth it as a first time home buyer. She was with us through all the doubts, sleepless nights and stressful long weekends of waiting for answers. Then she was there with us at the end too, to usher us into our first new home. I just wish that we had a home inspection done. We have already replaced the hot water tank and the heat pump. Over the summer will need to replace windows and doors. All our fault
