All estate agents are the same, right? Well, no actually. We do things differently. Our aim is a simple one - to give you a stress-free, professional experience by doing what's best for you and your individual needs.
So, what should you expect from your estate agent?
...well yes, especially in terms of achieving the best price; however these should be your standard expectations of any estate agent.
You should also expect your estate agent to listen, so as to understand the motivation behind the move, and in doing so offer the best possible advice specific to your circumstances.
Your estate agent should respond in a timely fashion, provide excellent levels of communication and remain both positive and dedicated throughout the whole process.
They should remain true to the cause, telling you what you need to hear, even if at times this may not be what you were hoping to hear. Honest feedback is vital and as a straight-talking estate agency, we are here to assist people in the sale of their property and will always treat the situation with the respect it deserves.

First class professional service
This is the second time using Movuno to sell a house and the whole experience is made very very easy by the whole team.
From the valuation to being able to check the progress of viewings and valuations on the Street app to the efficiency of the team always keeping me up to date.
They’re always friendly and professional and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Movuno.

An efficient service with great regular communication!
From enquiring about the property to completion Olivia and the rest of the team at Movuno were superb! An efficient service with excellent regular communication really kept negotations moving forward and allowed for some hurdles to be overcome in a timely manner. I’d have no problem in recommending Olivia and Movuno if you were buying or selling a property. I can’t thank them enough.

Great estate agents , very professional and helpful, nothing was too much trouble, the staff are wonderful and efficient. The price they charged was cheap but what fabulous service, I would recommend to everyone, they are first class , thank you Movuno

Movuno Bolton were just brilliant, nothing was too much trouble for them. They updated me regularly and when things needed chasing up to progress the sale this was always done really quickly. I would not hesitate to recommend the team.

Fantastic and Experienced Estate Agents
Movuno was able to sell our house within 2 weeks with several offers. This is the 2nd house they have sold for me efficiently and without lowering the price of the property.
They are very accommodating to all our requirements/asks and nothing is too much for them.
All the team are very helpful and the rate charged is more than fair too. I would recommend Movuno and would use them again in the future.

Choosing Movuno was the right decision.
We never looked back after choosing Movuno Hindley, They handled everything so professionally from start to finish. Andrea understands the importance of regular communication with updates of the progress at every stage and answering questions or inquiries that arose promptly. Just sold our house with Ken and Andrea at Movuno, you won’t meet two nicer people. They made the process very easy, and took the time to go out their way on many Occasions, nothing was ever too much for them. With speedy and efficient work we Sold our house within 2 days.
